My Volkswagen cc had some serious issues with cut up wiring under my hood. A lot of places couldn't fix it and a lot of places wanted to charge an insane amount. Jason's bug ranch did it for a great price and many years later the work is still holding up. If you want somewhere you know your car will be taken care of, I'd recommend them. This is a hidden locale! Literally, I thought I was far, far away from Orlando when I entered this place. My son's car felt brand new when he drove it out. Don't be fooled by the looks of the place, I was scared when I was driving through to go in, but now I am a covert. A great job was performed, and the car is running smoothly, back on the road!! After almost 3 grand of work, a bunch of debris was left in the engine and put in an after market oil sensor that did not work. When I called for the warranty work, they told me it would be at least two weeks til they could look at it, even though it was not drivable, and that "all of their cars right now are saying oil level low". I personally had to flush the engine two more times and put a Volkswagen oil sensor back in because he used a cheap aftermarket part to get the car to run properly. Both should have been under warranty but I couldn't wait another two weeks after waiting almost three for the first repair. And why would I bring it back when the repairmen all of a sudden acts like he doesn't know what is exactly wrong or how to troubleshoot it when I said it's probably the debris I see or the oil sensor. Told me he would have to charge me to drop my oil pan. I didn't bring you an engine with debris in it. It shouldn't have debris in it when you're done. Cost me two oil changes and a new sensor.

Without a doubt, the best in the business. Nobody knows Volkswagens like these guys do.
It’s a little out of the way and may not quite look like someplace that provides top notch service with the utmost knowledge, but I can assure you, it most definitely is.
I’ve been taking my VW to these guys for the past 5 years, ever since I had first bought it, and it’s the best decision I ever made; aside from the car itself!
Every single time I’ve had it in with them, I know they’re going to do the absolute best job possible. I never have to worry that something is going to go wrong after driving away.
These guys really know how to keep a customer happy and coming back every time.
If you’ve got a Volkswagen that needs ANY kind of service, this is the place to go.

I had recently bought a 2015 VW CC that was making horrible noises. I contacted Jason's Bug Ranch to hopefully gain a professional insight. Nate was super helpful and very honest about what was going on. I went back to the dealer where the car was purchased and was able to be upfront about the issues and the noise due to Nate's insight. I am more than grateful for their honesty and super appreciative.
