We dropped our paperwork off and was told we would get a call that afternoon with all the information about our return. After no contact for 5 days, we called them only to get a text from the preparer on the 6th day. We decided to pull our paperwork from the office so we could file somewhere else. When we did, we quickly learned that we were then missing one of our forms that had been dropped off and this location claims they don’t have any information about it. Watch your own paperwork/forms with this location. In the meantime, I will be filing a Preparer Complaint with the IRS and reporting our preparer.

I had an IRS-approved extension to file my business taxes and met in person with an agent at this location on October 8, 2022. I had all my ducks in a row, brought in all the required paperwork, and spent about 2 hours going over everything. The agent told me she'd spend the next day or so working on my files and would have everything ready by Monday, but if I didn't hear from her by then, to text her at her personal cell phone number since she'd be working from home.Monday came and went and I didn't hear anything so I gave it a couple more days. Between then and today (Dec 4) I've texted her directly a couple times, called the office and left messages for her countless times, emailed her directly at the address on her business card, and even called the general customer service line as a last resort and still haven't heard a word!I'm at a loss for words as to why the agent went MIA and won't respond to any of my attempts at reaching her. Everyone in the office was very friendly and I had a good rapport with the agent during our 2-hour meeting so I'm genuinely confused about what happened here.She also never gave me a quote for what to expect to pay for the filing, which seems counter to what the posters they have plastered all over the office claim about giving customers an estimate upfront in order to avoid surprises.Anyway, I guess I'm taking my business elsewhere because this has been an incredibly frustrating process and I've never dealt with such baffling lack of professionalism and follow through.
