“I had the most amazing experience at this location today. I was doing some DIY with a pipe that got damaged outside the house. I had no idea what to do. After watching a few videos on YouTube, I had an idea. I went to the store. I asked Lorenzo for help. He was so patient with me who had no idea what I was doing. He told me to go take pictures of what I was working and bring it to him. After showing him the pictures, he did the layout on the floor explaining step by step what I needed to do. I did so and the problem was resolved. Thank you so much Lorenzo for leaving what you were doing to help. I mean that. You are awesome. Keep doing what you do.”

Went back they gave me the correct one but the guy said I had to pay for it. No thank you. Spoke to higher up. They fixed the issue. Thank you very much. The young lady helped me and kept apologizing with sympathy. Not that she had to but it was sincere. She wanted to. Now that's great costumer service. Thank you again, night higher up.
