I basically like the store and have furnished my condo with several pieces of furniture from them in the past.
Now for my problem!
I am in the market for a leather loveseat in which my feet will touch the floor. Not everyone is six feet tall & 190 lbs. I am 5 ft 6 & 145lbs.
Good furniture is not inexpensive & if I can't find it in the showroom to see it, feel it and sit on it, I wouldn't by it. If you feel the same, let me know by liking my post!

Havertys always does a great job. Our house is full of Havertys furniture. Our dining room and bedroom furniture are both classic cherry wood collections that are over 25 years old. Best experience!! I walked in to look around and met Ruby. She was patient and informative without being overbearing. So kind. Once I decided and made the purchase Ruby and Gigi went to work making sure everything would fit and suit my needs. Then delivery day came and the drivers were just as amazing as the in store team. My sectional looks great and I can’t say enough great things about Haverty’s, Ruby and the team. Thank you!

This was my first experience buying furniture at Havertys. Chris was fantastic. He greeted me and listened to my request, then showed me a half dozen options for me to consider. He was able to answer all my questions and never tried to force a sale. I got what I came for, and arranged for a delivery. I look forward to my next shopping experience at this store.

Very disappointed in their insurance program. They refused to fix my damages and stains on my couch. Was promised by the haverty’s employee that things would be fixed but nothing was fixed. I like the company but their insurance part is a scam. Do not bother. I had more help with rooms to go insurance they were excellent! If you get haverty’s they have good product but it is a waste of money to buy the insurance they will do nothing or so that was my experience sadly.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest and relaxed consultant, Joshua! He made our shopping experience great, we had so many questions and he answered them all! My husband and I loved the options and quality of the furniture at the Winter Garden location. We fell in love with a sectional and will be coming back to see it again and go over some custom options.

Got a chair delivered today. The delivery was on time well within the 2 hour window.
The delivery website was informative and showed my place in the delivery queue and gave an estimated time of arrival. The two delivery men were polite and professional,
