I just wish I had more money!
Their products have enabled me to complete 2x the projects had I have made my purchases anywhere else.
I've heard people say their house brand products are garbage, I say take better care of your tools. You saved a ton of money and by a little extra care they will last a decade or so. Brush them off. Oil them. They will last.

Non friendly att all we spend lots off money at the store
Not any more preferred to spend somere else
Avoid warranty extension is a rip off

Well organized. Staff was helpful. It's not a huge building compared to other hardware stores but plenty of options.

The young lady who cashed me out was very Pleasant and friendly. Although it was a couple minutes before before closing time, she asked me if I wanted to sign up for their Rewards Club. At that hour, most people do not offer to do anything of detail outside of the process of your transaction. I thought she was unusually conscientious of her job and of the customers benefits. She was awesome!

Always have something you can use and usually at a good price, some tools are not the best quality but they do offer some at a higher price. You eill get what you pay for.

I usually love Harbor Freight but this is by far the worst store I have ever been in. I was doing a simple return and I was told they changed their return policy and I would have to call a 1800 number to get a receipt. I called and got the receipt and THEY STILL DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN IT! I will definitely be calling corporate for treating a MEMBER of this business like this.
