“Fantastic experience every time! I’ve taken my daughter since she was 5 months and it’s always a wonderful time. My daughter doesn’t go to daycare, so this is a great place for her to socialize. She learns from watching and the class helps me as a first time mom learn new songs and techniques to get her active and having fun.
Also a huge perk is that both parents are allowed in the gym together. I love that my husband and I can both participate with her!”

“I was nervous about signing up at a commercial gym as I have always stuck to privately owned gyms. My first day there I met Musa, the front desk representative. He immediately calmed my fears and doubts and was VERY helpful throughout the whole signing up process. He is always in such a positive and welcoming mood when I see him; and I should note, I arrive to the gym at 6 in the morning... but he always says good morning with a smile on his face. Thanks to him, I have now been a member for a few months and can't think of working out anywhere else!”

“Love this gym and the community here!! One of my fave parts of this gym is the inclusive and fun nature. This is largely due to the staff (thank you Christina!!) who make it an awesome & welcoming experience. The staff will take song requests and are willing to play music that myself and several other members LOVE to workout too! We feel very included when Christian music is played and are very thankful for the opportunity to be heard and seen as a part of this gym community. I know people from 5 different church congregations that work out here alongside my friends and I (Mosaic, First Baptist Orlando, Lagoinha, Family church, Real Life, and more!). It's really awesome to see and I'm glad the Christian community is welcomed and appreciated. Thanks Crunch team, we really appreciate the support and love!”

“This gym is great, I'm currently on my seven day trial period.They believe in high fiving.They provide FREE childcare, on certain camps, but daily. Which is un heard of and the girl who watches the kids seems great. The room the children are watched in is clean, baby friendly, toddler friendly has a separate bathroom, has a big TV with Netflix. It's great.The gym itself is perfectly built and maintained. Every camo I have attended, which has only been two so far, today I do my third, has totally kicked my butt. All sizes come it isn't just in shape people, I've only seen one male so far customer wise.The trainers will absolutely kick your butt. When I leave I ache til the next day in a good way!They sell apparel and merch, which is stylish.They have an easy to use app to book your camps, and even do virtual sessions.Morning and evening camps offered!”
