Terrible store. They don’t care if a purse/bag is fake. They will sell it for 1/3 of the price for a authentic bag. They just assume the bags are real and price according what they see on google lens. Don’t buy any “designer” purses from this Goodwill. They knowingly sell fake products for astronomical prices for someone who got it for free.

This Goodwill has very high prices. For used items.

Just left this Goodwill 4:50 pm the young black man has a serious attitude. Walking around the store finding things out of place and is obviously upset but it. Then as my daughter and I are standing in line he comes over grabs a piece of clothing someone had placed in the wrong area. He yelled and looked right at me. I spoke back to him and advised I didn’t leave it there. One of your other workers apologized for him. He shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

WINTER GARDEN GOODWILL: Employees are good. Management is horrible. On 2-4-24 I shopped for tennis balls (for my dog). They are 2 for $1 at the dollar store (approx). I found ONE tennis ball. Cashier had to get a price check & returned with $4.99 for ONE used (dirty) tennis ball. Easy pass! Recently they sold dirty/used/worn towels $7 each. COMPLAINT: Sundays, on half-price items (color coded) they PULL/REMOVE the nice jackets and blouses. This was confirmed by 2-3 employees. I, nor my friends, donate to Goodwill any longer. Goodwill has now become GREEDY & they CHEAT their customers.

They took out the fitting rooms so you cannot try anything on! So angry! Left 2 full carts…my sister and I. They probably lost out on a couple of hundred dollars. Therefore there are so many clothes that the racks are jammed. Huge disappointment since this used to be my favorite goodwill store.

I'm shocked by the prices. Found a coach bag that went for $65 (almost $70 after tax)! ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Goodwill is getting entirely out of hand, in my opinion.

I don't shop here but my wife likes this location compared to most of the others. I sit in my truck while she shops away. The only downfall she mentions is that this company receives their items for free so why does the prices have to be so high? Good question. Would give a higher star rating if not for the prices.

For a relatively low class store, I’m kind of on the fence about this place. On the good side, the prices are pretty good, and I’ve always been able to get pants for work.On the not so great side, dealing with Shelly on the phone is annoying. She’s not friendly, and seems to be irritated by every question I ask, whenever I call. If I tell her to have a good day, she just hangs the phone up. She definitely needs training.I’ve never been able to find a good pair of jeans here, either. They’re weird brands, or highly stylized. (Not my thing.) The associates don’t seem approachable, and I had a cashier stare at me as I walked around the store. It felt a little uncomfortable.I think retraining all associates needs to happen, then maybe things’ll seem a little better. Come with low expectations.

It's a gamble purchasing anything other than clothes here. Every goodwill besides this one has tear-away slips that let you know that someone has already purchased a larger item such as furniture, etc. Instead this one tells people to take a picture of the barcode as a way to purchase at the register. They don't mark anything as sold, so people walk up to you pissed that you have the audacity to be looking at something they just purchased when there's nothing indicating that it's sold. Garbage location.

Used to go here weekly. Would never step foot in again. Incredibly rude people work there that make you feel uncomfortable. Heard the manager yelling in the toy aisle that if you don’t tell your kids to put the toys back on the shelves he’ll tell him his **** self. Then the cashier yelled at us that we were holding her line up because we changed our mind on something. We were at the register less than a minute. Sorry we didn’t want a $8 baseball glove that was $10 brand new. Yikes!

The front cashier team are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I attempted to return an item that did not work and was very rudely told they can’t return only exchange. Not only was this not their policy before, but we were told at another location were we purchased it this was not the case. After explaining they told us there was nothing they could do at this store without the sticker. We called the Clermont and said this was not the case, they would be able to.The overall unhelpful staff and lack of care for a cheap item shows just how greedy this location has gotten over items they get for free!Do not go here, I certainly will not be.

Great store very clean and well organized, employees are very kind people and managers as well great people. I am giving one star for pricing policy. The way they price items is totally wrong and unprofessional. They use google lens and get the highest possible price from google but they don’t even have any clue that the way you check market value is by checking sold statistics not active available for sale. Please dear managers and employees be more educated on the way you value your items especially if you got them for free donated you just can’t sell them for higher prices than they sold on eBay. Very sad that you take advantage of economically uneducated customers shopping at any goodwill store. Also if you see brand you should be aware that a lot of replicas and fake products exist but by not knowing that you fool people selling fake goods at prices too high. Take this into consideration please otherwise it looks like misleading misinformation and fraudulent.

So the store is very well stocked and clean. Prices are typical goodwill craziness.. they have so many t shirts that I wish they would have a half off sale to blow them out and 20 bucks for shoes that are stained is absolutely ridiculous

It's really come to this. One star simply because the workers are typically very nice. But I cannot stress enough how goodwill has been making all the wrong decisions. No dressing room?? They're thrifted clothes they fit in all different ways. Im not going to buy clothes that I haven't seen on me! Just buy it then return it right? Well you only have three days to do so and you have to exchange it with something else. I thought it was store credits, it's not even that. Dollar tree items are listed as 3.99 every time, without fail. That gives you an idea at how outrageous the prices are. While this is probably common for all goodwills, I'm hoping enough people agree with this and make them hear it because I used to love goodwill!

Prices are high for a thrift store. Bought some jeans and couldn't try them on because they got rid of the changing rooms, but they said I have a 3 day return policy. Paid cash, came back next day one pair of jeans didn't fit so went to return it and they wouldn't give me cash back, They said only store credit. Paid cash but can't get my cash back? Not happy with how the store is ran.
