Carol Joseph is an excellent stylist for all hair types and textures! She is exceptionally skilled at doing protective styles: braids, weaves, and extensions.

Mrs. Carol has been doing my hair for quite a while now. Yes sometimes you do have to wait but you also have to understand that she’s a solo stylist. I’m very picky when it comes to who I let touch my hair so waiting regardless of how long it may be is worth it when it comes to Carol because she takes her time to make sure that each client is satisfied with their hair. All these negative comments are a joke. There’s a salon right across the street with a lot of stylist yet Dream Beauty has more filled seats with a single stylist. That woman is on her feet all day every day, as soon as one person leaves the chair the next person hops right on.. every day is a busy day for that woman and she does not get a break. I’ve seen her work and it’s the true definition of quality.

I booked an appointment with carol for 3pm, she texted me at last minute to move it to 3:30pm. On getting there she had at least 8 customers waiting on her but she was no where to be found and wasn't picking up calls. She arrived leisurely after an hour 30 mins of waiting and made me wait an extra 3 hours while she attended to customers who did not have appointments. She completely ruined my closure by dying it too much and when I spoke up she called me rude and refused to do my hair after waiting for 4 hours. Her excuse was that “I am not her age so I can't tell her that I have been waiting a long time†my day was completely ruined. Don't waste your time with carol because she won't waste hers on you!

Owner didn't even show up for the appointment. i drove 30 mins to her store and she was not there

Highly unprofessional!! Carol did not stop talking loudly all through the appointment. She also did not listen to my suggestions about the hairstyle and did whatever she pleased. She should concentrate on her customers and not herself!!
