“This store requires masks when you walk in, but you still have "those" people who will refuse. I felt bad for the staff tonight when a family of 4 w all walking around without them. The staff attempted multiple times to get them to put them on, but they kept refusing. The 5 stars tonight is for all of the staff who managed not to lose their cool in an impossible situation.This is the most convenient store for me. The prices are good, the options for the things I need or don't realize I need is also good. I'm rarely unable to find something, and if I can't it's easy enough to order it online.”

“How you really don't like going to Walmart it's always crowded and no one is never at regular register you have to check yourself out I usually have anxiety about Walmart but I went a couple days ago and I was in and out customer service is always good just Walmart's not my go to place unless I really have to go there I usually go around the holidays or just to grab something that's not in a regular grocery store as in Publix Save-A-Lot or Wendy's”

“Thank you Walmart Management and the entire team who have really done a great job since the new revamped management who are seeing how important it is to have live registers open for people who have a handicap. Going grocery shopping is hard enough. And using self checkout is extremely hard. Everything at this Walmart has changed! To finally be able to use a live registers and be greeted by a smiling associate made my day. I love the changes made and the point of service checkouts that have been beefed up with real humans. Helping the elderly and handicap with grocery bagging as self checkout for many people like me is unpleasant and turns into an ugly pain flare that lasts for days. I even received help getting my groceries in the car. All you have to do is ask. I love the changes and thank you Walmart for recognizing that customers have limitations. And monitoring your registers with peak times. I thank you for your kindness and smiles ! I know all of you work hard. I love the new and improved service!”

“I haven't shopped here in a few years. The parking lot was full on a Wednesday. I immediately asked an employee walking the aisles for ladies evening dresses. Shirley responded - "Let me get you someone." Two minutes later, she introduced me to Inva who listened carefully to what I was looking for, then proceeded to show me a variety of options, most of which were of interest - I tried on 10 items, went to buy 4 at check out - the line was halfway down the store! But surprisingly, it moved pretty quick - 14 of 16 checkout stations were functioning. I texted my daughter that I had found a party outfit at Marshall's. She responded "You should have gone to Macy's, you could have had a Personal Shopper!" I responded, "I had one - Inva was my Personal Shopper."”
