My experience is kind of 50/50. I needed a new phone, and decided to get one from Cricket. I had limited options and money, so this seemed like the best option for me. They sold me a iPhone SE, and honestly, though it works, it seems to be wearing down pretty quickly. I was under the impression that it’s a new phone, but it’s possible it could be a formerly owned one. The payment included going through a third party, and honestly, if I hadn’t gotten help from a family member, I might’ve had to give it back. With the third party, you can pay a few payments of a lot, or many, many payments of a little bit. I felt that the staff here was decent and friendly, but there was a lot of Spanish being spoken between associates, so I didn’t know what they were saying to each other. (I guess it’s not really my business.) So, in the end, I did get a phone when I desperately needed one, but I don’t know why it’s getting so worn down just a few months after I bought it. I treat it pretty carefully. Come here if you desperately need a phone, but if you can get one elsewhere, go there first, respectfully,

Spoke with a very short man covered in tattoos who felt like it would make sense to talk down to me cause I was calling over the phone. How funny it is that this little mans tune changed when he saw who he was really dealing with. There is a reason this store is so badly reviewed. If you want professionalism and respect this would be the last possible place to find it.

The staff here is great! My wife and I came here because we were tired of the other place and the staff here looks new but helped us out real simple and without a headache which we love. Definitely will be back here and highly recommend this location.

This ladie helped ever spanish customer,we went in to do bridge pay and she said she couldent help us. She could help us if she cared and was not being rude. She only carters to spanish people. Hope she gets fired. Second time with this ladie. She blamed 611.

With this post I am not rating the employees which are very cooperative and knowledgeable at what they do. This is mostly against cricket and their service as a company. I live a mile away from this store. It is considered part of a big metropolitan area. They say that they have great coverage from their parent company AT&t but the reality is where I live it's no mountains straight flat land land many houses and yet I barely get one bar or nothing at the house. T-Mobile has no problem in that area but cricket has almost no coverage in that area. Even in the store it's difficult to get signal. This might work in many places but where we live is zero. I called the service department and they indicated that it was because there is a lot of people using it at the same time. So I can't imagine cricket not working in the big cities because there are way more people there. I guess if you pay cheap that's what you get.

Excellent service. The manager Sergio was really kind and patient, I had a bad attitude at the beginning. However, he talk to me and resolved my situation with out spending a lot of money. Grate guy keep up the good work.

The manager yelled at me because I did not want to buy accessories that would charge me 2 x $ 60 and I told him that it was expensive, he was upset because I told him that I was going to buy them on Amazon, he replied that he was to sell and not to give to me free, he could make a discount for me ,bad costumer service.
