My Husband found CEO Restoration from an online search and we're so glad we chose them. They were very professional and helped us very quickly with a water remediation issue we had. On my Birthday April 19 I had a grease fire in the kitchen. Flames reached all the way up the vaulted ceiling. Fire extinguished quickly before the Fire Department arrived but kitchen in bad shape and exposure throughout the house with smoke and soot. Fire completely melted the glass on the above stove microwave and well didnt know glass could melt that quickly and does so under like 1400 C so it was HOT..Our insurance suggested Servepro..I contacted them immediately and was told someone could come out the next day. Ughhh but I did it and I cleaned the side of the kitchen where the cats are always all over and one who only drinks from her sink cup. The next day, they canceled me and rescheduled for the next day April 21. Hubby and I found it unacceptable and I googled and called CEO since it was the first to pop up. A few minutes later I received a call from Brandon and he came out later that afternoon and we kinda left it at he is an early riser and he would work out a quote for us Friday morning. THEN he called me like 15 mins later and said he felt ill after leaving the house from exposure and said he had a client scheduled for Friday, but they agreed to a schedule change and asked if I wanted them to start tomorrow, even before all the insurance stuff was done. Obviously I said yes and I will tell you this could have been worse BUT I was just amazed! My husband who has asthma was away for work for weeks and was due to a short homestay on Monday.The next day (Friday) San.Cristian.Danilo arrived and such outstanding work just to get the cleaning going and making the air healthier for myself and the animals! Monday…San.Ada.Wellington continued on and again did amazing job. Tuesday San.Daniel.Wellington worked. Wednesday was San.Benjamin.Wellington.Thursday San.Ada.Benjamin and Friday San returned to watch over the personnel that did the duct cleaning. Did not get their names but alllll in all I couldnt be happier or more impressed with CEO Restoration and will never hesitate to use them in the future (though I really dont want to HAVE to go through this again lol)Thank you to ALL for getting us through this…If i could give 10 stars on a 5 star rating system I would lolTanya and Mike Saint- AmandService: Fire damage cleanup & repair

We had a busted water line in our home and CEO Restoration quickly responded once I contacted them and completed the water restoration in an extremely timely manner. They also provided a great construction company that came in and also quickly provided repairs. Unfortunately, all of this happened just as we were approaching the holiday season. I hired this company post Ian for my flooded house. They were pleasant and did a good job. They were way off on their estimate of cost and could never give me update on price even though I asked numerous times. Original estimate was 20-25000 and final price was 41500. Contract they have you sign has no amount on it but post hurricane I was somewhat desperate

We had some damage from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole. Since it wasn't catastrophic, and many others were, I waited a few days before asking for assistance. CEO was mentioned on my community's Facebook page. I called and Brandon came out and did a wonderful job of locating problems that weren't obvious in the walls. Working with me and performing services that the insurance company needed, CEO completed work to remediate damage and communicate fully with me and. the insurance company. Thank you CEO and Brandon for a very professional and complete, timely and efficient service. The affected areas are ready for rebuild and the team did a great job. cleaning up and making sure I knew what they'd done and how to proceed.

Highly Recommend CEO Restoration! This company led by Brandon Coin and Team including Frezza, Victor, Gabriel, Danilo, Felipe and of course Esteban. They went above and beyond. We had a fire and flood in our condo. They came out to assess the damages within an hour of us speaking to our insurance company. Extremely professional, efficient, personable and helpful. They made sure that we were aware of everything that was being done. Any questions or concerns we had were always addressed immediately to give us peace of mind. Frezza with CEO restoration did an amazing job. He answered every question I had and made sure I understood what was going on. My water heater exploded in the evening, and they still came to take care of the water. They worked until 11 pm making sure everything was set to remove the water from my home that they couldn’t vacuum out. He also worked with me to stay within my insurance policy limit.

CEO's team were very very respectful and helpful and did such a wonderful job with our water damage. I would recommend your team for anything from now on because they were very knowledgeable about the water damage and took us through all of the restoration and what was going to happen. Esteban kept checking up on us to make sure we understood everything regarding the rebuild of our home. During the worst experience of my life- I was lucky enough to obtain their services for a major toilet overflow from my second story. They were prompt and efficient in removing all the damage from our home and were accommodating to the needs we had (since we are not able to relocate) Although I hope I don't ever need their services again- I would call on them again if needed. Brandon, the project manager - was understanding, organized and accommodating providing me with a plan and always following through. Brandon, Freeza, Gustavo, Gabriel, Felipe and Victor were my saving grace during this catastrophe and I would highly recommend their services to anyone! I am forever grateful for this team! We had a water pipe break at 3AM in the morning on Friday (4 Feb 2022) the team was here at 4:45am and stated ASAP! The remediation team continued ever day until all damage to the 6 Rooms were opened an exposed and now dry on the Tuesday (2-8-22). The Crew Chief, Felipe Frezza was most helpful through this whole ordeal, assisted with the many questions and smooth transition informing the Restoration Contractor of all that was done with pictures and sketch's needed .Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
