My wife and I bought a really nice patio set from an older couple last summer. Couldn't beat the price. Only issue was the swivel bar style rocker chairs slings were horriblely outdated and literally coming apart at the seems. Now that it's about that time again to open up the patio and get ready for the warm weather. We decided to search around locally to see if we can find the mesh sling replacements for our style chairs. My wife was thinking about DIY But once she found out what it took to actually make them? She voted no. Lol. So I started the online search to find a company that could help us out. After about 3 hours or more of searching. We were about to just give up and purchase a new set of 4 chairs. Most the companies I researched wanted to charge us about the same amount of money per sling replacement that a new chair cost!? I couldn't believe how expensive chair sling replacements could be. Until I found Casualine Corp! There entire selection is by far the Best Priced & Best selection. East online ordering. Custom made to fit your measurements. Huge selection of patterns. Ordered all 4 chairs and it only cost a fraction of what the other are charging. Took 3 weeks to ship and puttong them on was a breeze. Perfect fit! Buyer beware. Awful service. I ordered slings online. They did not ask about spline size but sent slings with the wrong size splines. When I contacted them, they said they only responded via email-with a several day wait. Then they sent the wrong size again. Very unhelpful. Still don't have the problem fixed - after 6 WEEKS!!!

I ordered 2 new slings on 6/1/2023 for $173.98. I emailed a week later asking for an ETA and got no response. I called at the beginning of July asking for an ETA, I was told that the slings were almost finished and that I would get an email with tracking info by the next week. That week has past and now they are not answering their phone. Is this a real company? I am getting the feeling that this is a scam with a few fake good reviews. At this point I just want my money back and I will go elsewhere. Avoid ordering from them!!!!!Edit:changed to 3 stars for lack of communication. I checked with the post office and my package was mailed on the 20th....

I ordered replacement patio chair slings from this company - who sent my order to American Cushion (assume sister company). ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company to deal with. Alma, who is supposedly the customer service manager is probably the worst human being I've had the pleasure of dealing with from a customer service standpoint in 55 years I've been alive. To describe her, I would use words like :unprofessional, rude, unresponsive, curt and any other adjective that corresponds to these. I ordered my slings on May 21st, told it would be 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks, I called to get an update - was told they would ship out next week. After another week, I called again and was told they would ship out the next week. Another two weeks went by and on the 7th week, I called - now being suspicious - was told they would ship out next week. I then asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Alma hung up on me. I called back and went to voice mail. I called back again on my wifes phone and WOW, Alma answered. Got extremely rude and short with me and asked me why I was calling AGAIN!! I told her I needed confirmation of my cancellation and she told me she had already given me that. I assume she meant verbally. I then called my credit card company and reported fraud and let them handle the claim. I really don't know how this company can stay in business with someone like Alma running their CS department (if that's really true)

Very disappointed after I received my order. The two slings looked like they had been sewn by a 4 year old. Seams 9n each side were uneven on both pieces. There was a large staple in the back of one of them. There is no way I could have removed it without tearing material. When I called to check on my order prior to receiving them, the person I talked to was very short and rude. There is absolutely no way I would ever recommend their services or products. Chalk this one up to experience .Never again!!

Horibble experience! I ordered through American Cushion Company which is Casualine. They said they had made cushions for my furniture for years. I was told they would send an email with order confirmation after taking my credit card number and information. The lady talked faster than Anyone should and was curt. After 6 days I had not received an email confirmation of the order but they had charged my credit card twice for $535 and refunded one charge. I called 3 times in trying to get the information correct. My email address was wrong, my phone number was wrong, my address was even wrong and listed as a different city than which I live. I finally got the email confirming my order for Azalea Ridge swivel dining chair cushions. Seven weeks later I received the cushions via FedEx. They were not the right size! This company used my money for 7+ weeks and I got nothing for the loan. When I called to explain the cushions were the wrong size, the lady was rude and hung up on me after saying someone would be in touch with me. I had already sent 2 emails 2 days prior with no response. i finally got an email from a person claiming to be a manager saying she understood I wanted to cancel. Cancel what??? They made and shipped the wrong size cushions that didn't come close to fitting my chairs. I finally got a refund and an apology after filing a complaint with the BBB. I never got cushions the right size!

We ordered the Hampton Bay mill valley replacement cushions with extra pillows. It took exactly 8 weeks but it's worth the wait. The cushions are of better quality than the originals. They are the same dimensions as the originals but the weight of the cushions is much heavier. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered 4 slings to replace our old ones. The site states they are back logged due to being extra busy so be patient. The price compared to others was well worth the wait. I ordered on 6/2/21 and received them on 7/29/21. I am happy with the quality of the material and definitely recommend this company.
