FHP sent Car Store to my house to remove a car that had hit a tree on my property, across from my front yard. In order to do that their truck had to go over the curb, on sidewalk and into my yard to position itself to lower the ramp for the vehicle. I'll skip the details and go to part in which as he tried to exit the yard he got stuck and when he accelerated to try to pull out, he dug himself in, making huge holes in the grass. He did stop after I told him that my house has a septic system and he was potentially damaging the drain field. He had to call another tow truck to pull him out. So, another couple of hours!! After contacting the driver's insurance, I was informed that the responsibility for damages caused by the tow truck would have to be addressed by Car Store 's own insurance company, so they gave me their phone number. I gave Car Store a call and the office told me she knew nothing about the accident or incident with their truck and she asked me to send photos to their email. I had plenty of those and immediately forwarded to her. The next day, I called and was transferred to Garrett, the owner. He initially seemed genuinely concerned! Still, as the conversation developed, he stated that "the other insurance should be responsible since we wouldn't even be there if the driver didn't hit your house"! We agreed he would call the other driver's insurance, so we would discuss this further. He never gave the name of his own insurance company so I could call them myself! I've called the Car Store for the last couple of days and asked for both Garrett and the office manager, neither seems to be there! Left messages and no return calls! I had to see these reviews to understand what's going on.

I worked there for over 2 years. I loved the work, but the family that owns and runs it, they are a lot to deal with. Horrible working conditions. The boss' daughter is very rude and judgemental. The boss and her fired me for my health reasons, not at all about my work or work ethics. It was all personal reasons. On top of that, he called MY MOMs phone initially and fired her. Besides that... not a great place to work. Plus, there are no benefits or raises. No room to 'move up' in the company. They are all about the money. They don't care if they screw u over, as long as they get their couple bucks.

They were fast and efficient. The driver was so nice. I don’t remember his name. But I would definitely use them again!

I was involved in a car wreck and they were the ones who handled the towing. I cant speak on the calling process because we didn’t have to but upon arrival to get our personal belongings, Luis was extremely helpful and courteous. Very professional.

Extremely rude & unknowledgeable dispatcher or whoever it is that answers the phone. She didn’t know the answer to our inquiry on pricing and was rude to us about it… Go figure! Professionalism goes a long way and keeps the palms greased if you know what I mean. Gladly found a competitor with better rates and customer service.

My truck broke down about 5 miles from my house. The dispatcher was honest about the amount of time until a possible tow, and offered to call me back when they had a wrecker available. He called back quicker than expected and the price was more affordable than 2 other places I called. Tyreek was very friendly and professional from when he arrived until when he dropped me off. Outside of waiting for around an hour in the FL July heat (2 others said it would be 2 hours or more), overall I had a pleasant experience!

.My personal experience with Car Store Towing company was great the dispatcher is quite knowledgeable of what she is doing she is very patient and makes sure she gets my information correctly, The tow truck driver was very polite and professional he took all the safety when hooking up my vehicle it was well inspectd and photos were taken before, overall it was a great experience.

My moms rv broke down while vacationing in Orlando and was irreparable. We got the rv towed to this location which was extremely expensive and then upon finding out the rv would need to be junked they said we could either sign the title over to them for no cost (the rv has a brand new engine generator and electronic modules worth well over 10,000 that were put in this year) or we had to take it out immediately and pay a large fee for keeping it in their lot. Upon coming to the location to retrieve my moms things from the rv we were told only 1 employee could release it from the trailer it was on in the entire location and that this employee was busy so we had to wait for an hour for the guy to even show up so we can start unloading things. They are guaranteed going to make money from this rv and they aren't offering my mom a cent and giving her an extremely hard time the entire process. DONT EVER COME HERE!!
