I just read a review describing how the new owners do not provide the same level of service and I agree. The service was actually better than expected and in many ways better. I have used Wendy for approximately 8 years and had reservations when the new owners took over. I must say this is our 2nd year with the new owners and have been extremely happy and satisfied with their level of service. Extremely professional and friendly. We developed a great rapport with Dominic his mother and his wife. I now have 3 family members using them and a 4th considering changing to them. Dominic and Co. keep up the great work!!!!!

We have been going to Byrd Accounting for a few years. Sabrina has been very professional and friendly. Sabrina is very knowledgeable. The fees at Byrd Accounting are reasonable. I would recommend Byrd Accounting to anyone.

My family had been using Byrd Accounting for years. They have always taken great care of us. Everyone, from the front desk to the office, is very personable and pleasant to talk with. Dominic always does great work, genuinely caring about his clients and the work he produces for them. Their team makes the tax experience quick and enjoyable every year. I would definitely recommend Byrd Accounting.

Amanda and Annette and the whole gang - even Rambo - are a delight every time we stop by. Even if it is an unscheduled visit and we have a quick question, Amanda and all the crew go out of their way to help us out. We are a small local business - Country House Restaurant - and we never have to worry about all the technical accounting “stuff”. Amanda worked relentlessly on a persistent 2018 IRS gaff and through her efforts we are now receiving our full refund. It is rare for IRS to admit fault but thanks to Amanda and Byrd Accounting they did. I get my Business and personal Taxes done by Byrd and find them very easy to communicate with about QuickBooks when issues come up. I highly recommend them for both business and personal Taxes. Thanks again!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Highly disappointed in the services this year. Scheduled an appointment to pick up my taxes and I was treated as an inconvenience like Dominic helping me with my taxes was them doing me a favor when I had an appointment scheduled. Office is old, dingy, dust and hot. It triggered my allergies from being so old and dusty. When I advised how extremely uncomfortably hot, Dominic advised I would he would get me out of the office shortly instead of trying to rectify the temperature or offering me a bottle of water. I Was not notified or never received a confirmation my taxes were submitted. Referred a friend who was told the taxes would be completed and submitted and they never were. When we called to check the status we were told they would be working on them the following week. Lastly, when I called to complain I received a voicemail from Dominic but no further follow-up was completed by Byrd Accounting. Overall terrible customer service for the prices charged. This is my second and last time using this firm and I will never refer anyone to Byrd Accounting either.

Moved to FL within the past year and wanted a tax preparer I could know and trust. Just got done filing our taxes and couldn't have been happier with Dominic. Incredibly friendly guy, genuinely cared about doing excellent work, and glad I can say I've found my tax guy.
