We were moving into a brand new home and we chose Baers Furniture to furnish it. Our sales rep. was Stewart and he has been beyond helpful every step of the way. We had other furniture from Baers that we had purchased 5 years ago and we were still very pleased with it. The quality is excellent and the pieces are timeless. Honestly, I wouldn’t shop any other place for furniture.

My sales associate, Amy, has been the absolute best. She gets my design style. She’s respectful of giving us time to get everything right. She has gone over and above to help. Today I received my bedroom set. Baer’s fine furniture is high quality and well worth it. It will last a lifetime. Everything is so beautiful and well made that I would love to give away all my own stuff and buy everything new from Baer’s. Delivery and setup was prompt, efficient, and very kind service! I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m waiting now for my Natuzzi living room sofas and chair to sail in to port from Italy. Hoping for strong headwinds so they get here fast! Cynthia

Amy (at the Winter Garden store) was awesome at the showroom!! She was very patient and let us change our minds a couple of times, and was very supportive!! That’s a great Sales person!! We ordered on Saturday and they delivered the furniture on Tuesday!! That’s amazing!! And the delivery guys (3) were all awesome and very careful and patient as well. We had to refuse a couple of items out of 14, but they will be delivering those in 3 days. Can’t ask for better service than that!! A huge shout out to Baer’s and their employees.

This was our fourth purchase from Baers in Winter Garden. Our experience was great, again, from purchase to delivery. The quality of the furniture is very good. It was a leather powered reclining loveseat for our mom. We will definitely return to Baers again when we’re back in the market for furniture.
