I researched what i wanted to look at prior to arriving. Products exactly as described. I will say that the new finance company needs to offer autopay, that is kind of how most bill get paid! Excellent Sales team on site!!

We have made several purchases from this Badcock location. We have dealt with Hexan Lugo in all but one purchase and he has always been courteous, helpful and understanding to what our needs have been. We highly recommend Badcock and specifically Hexan to any and all of our friends and family who will be in the market for home furnishings. Thank you!

Never again will I shop at this racist store! I have never heard of anyone required to present their ID in order to purchase bedrails by paying cash. If they are on sale for $100 what is the problem. Disgusting and never again!

Quality of the pieces I bought is horrible. Their recording talks all about customer service and they make things right but I have been in the process of claims for over 6 weeks and no resolution as of yet. I call the store and speak to sales manger and sale associate and nothing from them. I am very disappointed in how this is being handled. I was going to hold off n leaving a review with the hopes that this would get handle appropriately but enough is enough. I am going to make it a mission on social media and other outlets about this company at this point. It’s unfortunate because this company does not know the power of social media when it is against you. Between myself and 3 of my colleagues we have an out reach of over 300 million followers. I tried the nice way but I’m just a number like all these big companies.

Buyer beware the store in winter garden don't help even custoner service bought a dining room in June 2022 and it fell apart within a month the repair guy was at my house more than I was at my house there furniture is bad so bad my couch is 3 months old and looks 10 years old it sags I have to pay for broken stuff there no good take your money elsewhere there crooks I'm gonna be putting this up all over the internet I'm so angry by the way I'm dawn imon on my mothrrs googke account
