I am a Canadian and was unsure of who to send the car to for repairs.Lexus of Orlando recommended you as the only shop they send the or cars to for repairI picked up the car today and it was brand new .The process was long because Lexus had a key sensor back ordered.Once we obtained the part ,the repairs were finished in short order.During the process ,Kaitlyn ,my service advisor,kept me informed twice weekly on stratus and issues .Once again,thank you”

“Wonderful job! The mark of great service is how they handle mistakes. I had them rebuild the transmission on my Silverado pickup truck. When I got the truck back, it wasn't shifting smoothly. “I prefer O'Reilly over the "other typical" nearby choices.?There is always someone there to help you.??? Usually more than one person behind the counter.??The store is laid out better And items are easier to find. And there's a better selection.It may cost more, possibly why there's usually less cars in the parking lot than at the other places ?But I like walking in the store and immediately someone asked if they can help me!”

“No problem with this place. The guys are pretty good and upfront. The price, being reasonable.. The place itself has been my family’s go to place for all car parts for years with all of our different vehicles. They have a large inventory you can check online and it’s well organized by brand, row etc. For the people who leave negative reviews… probably you seemed dishonest or wanted to take advantage of pricing and such. If you are honest and have good intentions and communicate well you shouldn’t have a problem with anyone here. Entry is cheap. Overall - amazing place! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thankful to live right next to this gem of a place.”
“Love this place it's a great u pull it they have everything from ATVs to lawn equipment and I've seen a motor cycle or two before from forklifts to golf carts I've even seen boats and construction equipment there and yes all kids of motor vehicles great prices and from my couple times being there so far nice staff.”
“My battery was dead and I jumped start it to drive to this shop during nightime. Allexis Avellaneda helped me to diagnose the battery and patiently explained what those metrics mean. He also checked to see if the battery is still in warranty and called the manager to approve a free replacement. He eventually brought some tools out and offered to help me replace. Despite being late in the day and the shop amost closing, he followed the procedures and did everything to make my experience happy! What is impressing to me is that, as I planned to drive back home, I saw another car parking and asking him for help. Allexis immediately took care of that customer, yet with energy and professionalism. A fantastic person for a company to have with lots of potentials!”

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Carlos and Jimmy. I had loose battery terminals on both the positive and negative sides that needed replacing. It was a Sunday, and I called just 10 minutes before arriving to see if they could help. Carlos immediately told me to come on over.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, directed where to park, and then guided to pull in under the awning when a spot opened. They popped the hood, replaced both terminals quickly, and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes—problem solved!
I’ll admit, I had seen some negative reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This was hands down the most pleasant and efficient handling of any car issue I’ve experienced in over 20 years of owning my vehicle. Carlos, Jimmy, and the rest of the team genuinely seem to care about helping people, and they’re super easy to talk to.
I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time to replace my tires. Thank you, Carlos and Jimmy, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into such a positive experience!”
