Extra items were added to my bill without my knowledge, when I arrived home I looked over my receipt, most notably were a few extra sliders added at the very end. I called the store to ask not even 5mins after leaving. The guy young black male, who had rung me up answered the phone and when I brought up the extra items he became very loud and defensive, without me even notifying him which items were added he already knew, he got very loud said they were from the person in front of me, said “ILL REFUND THE MONEY” and hung up on me. I called back to get the employees name, he responded with 7-11 was his name multiple times, when I asked why did you try to steal from me he hung up the phone again after being so loud. The reason I say steal is because the additional items were added at the end of my receipt, it’s not as if they were left from a customer before and my items were then added after. I called back again only for him to get loud and defensive and whenI asked for the employees name he said you can get it from the manager. I am sick to my stomach and blown away that this guy would go out of his way to steal cheeseburger sliders by adding them to the end of my tab (used Apple Pay) then when called and confronted becomes hostile defensive, screams and yells, hangs up the phone and before even telling him what the times were he knew exactly which ones. Please check your receipts whenever stopping by here, not only did he get caught stealing, adding items to my bill without my knowledge but when confronted becomes hostile and agitated, hangs up the phone, when asked for a name is extremely unprofessional, hangs up the phone, yells, states his name is “7-11” all of this because an employee got caught stealing a few sliders and instead of paying for them figured that I should by adding them to my tab. If this individual still has a job within a week that should tell everyone who reads this what to expect from this establishment.

I was in this seven eleven I stopped to buy a moisturizing drink and energy I used the bathroom and the door doesn't close when I was using the bathroom someone opened the door and almost came in I went to the manager and she told me that I was lying that the door works I don't understand what kind of abuse they want to do there in that seven eleven

This lady with orange/red hair was extremely unprofessional, she made these homeless people do all the work, made them clean and take the trash out, while she was on the phone, It’s very disgusting how she takes advantage of those people, I wouldn’t recommend.

TERRIBLE PLACE! JUST KEEP GOING TO CIRCLE K DOWN THE RD. PEOPLE AT 7-11 BEHIND THE COUNTER ARE SO RUDE EVEN WHEN AN ISSUE IS THE STORES FAULT. REDICULOUS? (Mind you I never leave neg reviews even when I get mad but this store is just the worst)

This gas station has ample working pumps, the air/vacuum machine was operable the couple of times I had to use it (it takes debit/credit cards as well), the inside is fairly clean, & the cashiers I've encountered have been pleasant.

Hate to leave negative reviews but the staff is incredibly rude about masks. I understand that people are scared but they are so over the top that it is upsetting to shop here.

Oh, my. Just left this store on our way from Daytona Beach to visit Grandma in Crystal River. I have two little ones with me who love 7-11 Slurpees. The large size is on sale for $.79 but these kids can’t finish smalls so I thought for sure the nice person at the register would charge me $.79 for taking smaller cups and therefore smaller portions. Nope. $3.39 for two small Slurpees and two 7-11 employees who seemed to take joy in over-charging me. Circle-K and RaceTrac routinely charge me the size drink which is on sale. I won’t make this 7-11 mistake again.
