I would not recommend this vet. Beyond expensive. Has you trying so many different medications food etc to no avail. Not warm and welcoming. Always some sort of mess or issue. They told us our dog had heart worm… did not let us know until weeks later. Went to another vet… our dog does NOT have heartworm!!! Seemed like everything was to get our money!

I am very happy with the treatment of my furry friend, the super attentive girls and the super professional doctor. If you arrive as an emergency you pay $130, but if you make an appointment you pay $60! Good luck and I hope you don't need to come and that your dog babies never get sick. ?

Our lovely cat Baxter had a urinary blockage. We tried bringing him to other veterans in the past for basic check ups and had been rejected for being an aggressive cat but Dr Phillips Animal Hospital went above and beyond. Tried multiple different attempts to examine him and gave us a great course of action to take care of the issue. The staff was incredible helpful and understanding to take care of him and we couldn’t be more appreciative, so happy with all of their help I would recommend this vet to anyone with an emergency.

I do not recommend this place. Stay away if you can. At the first appointment with my dog. They put me in a small room and that situation was so strange, because while I was reading the papers to authorize the procedures and offer insurance, the assistant took my dog into the bigger room and when he came back the vet said he was fine and who had already been vaccinated. I argued that I would have liked to have attended the exam and the vaccination procedure. He didn't give a consistent argument. I know that until now I'm not sure if my dog has had the vaccine or been tested. They just handed it to me, he was in great shape before the exam, but came back with a lot of swelling in his belly. Feel minutes later he suffered an anaphylactic shock reaction, he started to swell to the point where his eyes closed, he had balls all over his body and itched desperately. I went back there in desperation and he gave me two injections. I was disappointed and very afraid that my dog would die without breathing.

I called them, they put me on hold for 7 minutes. I called them back, I repeated my question; How much does an usda certificate cost for international flight? The answer was, we have no prices for that, we can only do the estimate in the office, btw the visit fee is $60. So, that means, go there, pay $60 and they will let you know about them prices...Wow! Nonsense! Terrible service! Well, I will not go there, probably they would treat my dog like they did with me.

My pet needed emergency care twice in the past 5 years and his local vet turned him away suggesting we took him somewhere else in case of emergency. ? Windermere Services opened their doors immediately both times. This is priceless! Excellent service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. So now Charlie has a new vet in Windermere Services Veterinary. ?

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS HACK! For almost 2yr he did the bare minimum to "treat" our dog's liver issues with useless medication that he knew were doing anything - medication we had to buy at a premium from his office to line their pockets. It wasn't until our dog showed severe signs of liver failure that he even showed enough concern to recommend seeing a specialist. The specialist was shocked at how far this guy had let things go with our dog, who is now in a chronic state fighting for her life. If you value your pet's life and don't want to see this happen to you, I urge you to visit a vet that is actually knowledgeable, who cares about you and your pet, and who knows his limitations enough to recommend someone better when his skills are lacking.

Understand how important the character of a Vet is. Your loved one is in their hands. When a vet is absolutely okay with painfully amputating healthy cats, ruining their lives by having them live a low quality life because someone wanted to declaw them, because a sick person isn’t capable of caring for a cat in its natural healthy state, this is NOT a vet. This type of vet is one of the ugliest, pure evil monsters your innocent pet would come across. NEVER trust a vet capable of animal abuse like declawing a cat. It’s illegal in so many countries for a reason. It’s inhumane, barbaric and pure evil. This type of vet doesn’t care for animals and absolutely has ZERO cares in the world for cats. Be careful with your loved ones. Trust is extremely important with who cares for our loved ones. Vets should be ashamed of themselves causing more pain in the world, causing more animal abuse by painfully hurting cats and destroying their natural, healthy behavior. Those vets are monsters. They have a choice to not declaw cats but they happily do as they foam at the mouth to butcher an innocent cats paws. Internally, they have psychotic desire to harm and this is how they get away with it. Don’t bring your pets to a place like this and to a vet like this. Trust other vets who are against animal abuse.Ask yourself, would you like your fingers chopped off? No? Then WHY do that to an innocent cat? Get another animal. It’s animal torture and abuse that vets and people are getting away with and enabling.Declawing is the amputation of the last bone on each toe. There are two ways felines can be declawed. The most intense and traumatic procedure involves slicing the joint and the pad of the cat's claw. It is the equivalent of a human slicing the tip of their finger off. This procedure, which is rarely used, can cause serious and long-term damage to the cat.Cats whose pads have been cut often develop back problems due to shifting their gait. It causes strain on the leg joints and spine, which can lead to arthritis as well. Also, cats whose claws have been removed can't be outside. They are unable to climb and defend themselves against other cats.Read yelp reviews that aren’t easily deleted for truth.

This is a great clinic. They are always able to get me an appointment quickly. The staff and doctor are friendly and knowledgeable and handle my anxious pup very well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Who am I to tell you go or not go to this office, I will just share my experience because perhaps other customers can say, "yeah, that how it goes, it is completely normal!"...Waited way too long beyond the scheduled time for the puppy first visit (50min extra is significant to me) no comments from the front desk, nothing. Weird process where they take to dog to a separate room while they talk price with you, they are not confident explaining what they are offering other than "this is recommended..." be patient when you ask "why is it recommended..." they go in circles... as other comments here, half of the list of "recommended" things at the end was not needed, I would describe as nice to have for an not so significant reason. Medicines there are on the high end of the price and they try to push you for a office plan that covers different things like trim nail, spay, etc, if you ask to break down the price it is another trip in circles. Anyways, in the meantime I never knew what they were doing with the puppy, they come back and said all done, she is perfect ... I guess you practice your faith in the system. They never mention the keloid my dog have on the belly as normal, concerning or not...one can say they didn't check?

New to town and needed a new vet. My initial experience was not positive. Met with Dr. Qasim on my visit. He did not introduce himself nor ask for my name and has no bedside manners I expect. When I called twice, I said the exact same things on both calls. "Please have the Vet read my pets records prior to my visit. He did not. My pet also needed a shot, which I mentioned and were also on my vet records. They did not do that until I had to ask. Nothing felt right. Visit at your own risk and service expectations. And they are not considered a low-cost provider.

New to the area, our beagle mix had one of his ear infections and we need to find a new Veterinarian. After some research of the very many talented veterinarians in the area and narrowing it down, Dr. Bilal was chosen because he offered “50% off your 1st visit. However, when the bill came, it was over $300 with zero discount not even a military (also advertised online) And I was told to ignore the website offer, it’s old and needs to be corrected.? It’s still being offered, just not HONORED. The staff and Dr Bilal were knowledgeable and professional and very nice, but there is just something about false advertising that makes it my worst pet peeve! Do what you say you will do… and HONOR your word are words to live by in my opinion. I truly feel they should be held accountable to pay back the 50% 1st time visit discount, or at the very least be given a credit (over $150.00) it’s only fair… we’ll see
