I went here 40 minutes before the bank closes for the day. The employees refused to assist. Nasty service in this location, this is not the first time this happens here.

This happened today. Absolute worst branch. The tellers are extremely rude , I am not expecting them to greet me with rainbows but these people are just rude and when asked about something they give an attitude. If you ask them for the manager , you can see that’s where the attitude comes from. The manager was even worse than the tellers.

Premier banking sign on the door is a lie. Tellers are disrespectful and petty. I actually like Wells Fargo, so I recommend ANY BRANCH but this one!

I’ve banked at Wells Fargo for 36 years, this is by far & away the worst branch! No one greets you, they do everything they can to look the other way! Stopped there Wednesday 2/15 & waited for over 15 minutes because the gentleman she was helping had some issues. One woman employee walked past me three times & never said ‘it’ll just be a minute’ or ‘hello’ nothing! When I did get up to the teller she was very pleasant.They now have shut down their drive through so it’s really inconvenient. I’m sure it won’t be long before this whole branch is shut down.

I went to ask to make an appointment since the website does not give one, and they treated me without importance, no one helped me to make the appointment, they passed on to another person who arrived after me, I can imagine how I speak Spanish and I went in gym clothes, no. They gave it importance and to think that I have been a client for 7 years, I will go to another entity to open my business account

This bank is an authentic l***** There are very few customers in the building at any time, yet the amazingly arrogant staff always let you stand around and stare. I have yet to understand their twisted motives except to deduce that they despise their clientele. They are totally inept when they finally assist you. It's an fascinating place in a perverse way.

This Wells Fargo branch is probably my favorite out of the ones I've been to. It's close to work and home, they have two separate outside ATM's (one drive up and one walk up), and the customer service inside is great. My hubby and I have both had to come here several times for different issues. We're usually helped by the same person who recognizes us and is very nice, and she usually is very quick to be able to fix any issue we may have. Overall, 5 stars because a bank is a bank, and they do a good job getting your stuff done fast with a smile.
