Ken was phenomenal. Always greeted us with a happy smile and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and never feel rushed. I have to say each postal service location need a KEN. HE IS GREAT!!! He goes beyond just to make sure you're satisfied. Thanks Ken for all your help and services to the Windermere Community..

Great service! I was sending a certified mail with return receipt for the first time and the clerk guy kindly explained everything. There were almost no queue and I wasted no time. Nice office!
