I wish I could give this place more stars than 5. This is my very first time leaving my two daughters in someone else care. The front desk makes themselves always available. My first day I called about 20 times to check on the girls. Miranda, Bryanna, and Danielle always treated me with kindness. My daughter’s teachers are super nice as well. I am so happy I found them!

I was very impressed with the recent visit to the TLE Windermere. The new administration team, formed by Miss Janina and Miss Alys, is fantastic. The school is very clean and personnel are very professional and polite. On top of that, the educational material and curriculum are tailored to foster children development.

My husband and i were excited about bringing our child here and at the tour we wanted to enroll right away, but the director gave us an excuse and said would call me back the next day about it. She never called back. So i called and again she had to check availability and what not, although thier were multiple “open enrollement” signs outside and “regester today”. Again she said she would call and never did. So i went in person again and again said some excuse and said she would call me the latest the next day if not sooner, but again she NEVER did. Maybe they stereotype here and choose the kids they want attending at thier facility.

I love it, I thank my TLE team for always making my job fun for me and Ms.Cathy for being a caring owner. This school is an excellent place to leave our children, all the teachers are excellent too. I love being part of this team. Mrs. Sandra

I really liked this daycare until my son got Covid and other parents were not notified of it even though I notified the center right away. This lead me to suspect that the reason my son got Covid could have been because no one was notified when another child got it. Staff never even called to check on my son after the two week quarantine was over to see if he was doing okay. This was very disappointing because when he was attending they really seemed like they cared about the students.

Loved touring TLE, as a twin mom and an educator myself I tend to be extra demanding. I have visited many ppks and was surprised with the center. I was impressed at how knowledgeable the Director is and her Assistant Director is very sweet. Ms Lisa answered my 200 questions, and did not seem bothered by all my concerns and inquiries, she was very professional and kind. The center was clean and the vibe was very positive. I liked The security in place and the protocols they use. Love the rooms and the center’s theme. Ms Lisa addressed and spoke to the kids and made them feel welcome and excited, which we all loved. The teachers are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I Would definitely recommend this center to any parent looking for a great learning environment for their kiddos it is not just a daycare.

Very clean. I was impressed. Great vibe. Loved all the teachers. The director gave an awesome tour. And the assistant Ember was very attentive and nice! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for their kiddos. ?

I just want to say that what makes a learning center experience is the leadership and the current leadership with Ms. Lisa the Director and Ms. Ember the associate Director this center runs amazing! The children are well taken care of and the program is always bring improved. If EVER I had a concern which is practically never, it was addressed immediately. This center is one of the best I have EVER went to and as far as the teachers go, they love my little girl as if she were theirs! I feel like family when I walk in there. And I love it!!!! Very compliant, friendly, and professional facility and I thank THE LEADERSHIP! THANK YOU MS. LISA AND MS. EMBER!

My child has been here for 2 weeks. I was worried that she would not like it or not fit in. She was only 2 years old. As a result, she fell in love with school very much. Every day, the daily process and photos of the children will be updated on the app, so that new mothers can rest assured. It is really great. I strongly recommend this school to everyone. Every teacher has rich experience, so that children feel safe and genuinely love Come to teach children, I am honored to find this school, I have decided to let my 6-month-old son also go to this school, it is too professional, I am very relieved to entrust my children to this school. There is also a Chinese teacher in the school. My mother who is not good at English needn't worry, the Chinese teacher is very patient. Such a good school, I really recommend it ?

We took a tour of the facility to enroll our 3 year old daughter. We were thrilled with the staff preparedness for our arrival, their friendly nature toward my daughter, they made her feel welcome and at ease. The facility was very clean and well organized. The tour was helpful with a run down of the information stations available in the lobby on the bulletin boards (lesson plans, teach bios, safety and illness procedures etc). As we toured the facility the director, Lisa was very knowledgeable of all facets of the company and cirriculum. I appreciated that she talked to my daughter when explaining the rooms we walked through and asked if she had questions not just directing it towards us as the parents. Overall it was a fantastic experience on the tour and we will be enrolling our daughter.

I was very impressed with the recent visit to this facility. Starting from Ember at the front desk to the director, Ms Lisa. Ms Lisa gave us a personal tour and it was refreshing to see how knowledgable she is in her field. She answered all our questions and made us feel reassured in our decision and very welcomed. Facility is organized and seemed to run very smoothly. I have visited many learning facilities and this has been by far the best. Facility is clean and impressive, it is obvious the teachers love what they do. It is a true learning experience and I will be registering my kids here.

My son has been attending TLE Windermere since we relocated to Florida when he was 9 months old. I cannot say enough amazing things about the infant teachers Vanessa, Genesis and Aracelis. They have shown our son so much love and are so dedicated to the safety and well-being of the children in their care. They go above and beyond to make the children feel welcome and loved and do an amazing job creating memorable experiences appropriate to the infant age. We are so grateful for these ladies and all of their hard work! 10/10 would recommend this facility for their new infants

Love TLE! I read all the reviews prior to making my decision and wanted to share my experience for prospective families.We moved from out of state mid-year and, as a former preschool director myself, I knew what a high quality program looks like. Most importantly, teachers make up the school and TLE has some of the best!Ms.Gaby has made my daughter feel loved and safe from day one. She welcomes every child with a smile on her face and provides daily updates. It's evident that Ms. Gaby loves her job! Other teachers my daughter had contact with have all been kind and loving.Big thank you to Ms. Lisa and Ms. Ember, the administrators, for welcoming our family to TLE and creating a safe and nurturing environment for our child.We loved the VPK graduation, incredible summer program filled with cool activities (petting zoo, special guests, ice cream days, etc!), and the overall experience at TLE!

Me and my family absolutely love this daycare school, and the teachers. It has a very happy environment that makes my kids feel like home, and the kids to teacher ratio is great! I know that my children are personally taken care of. my kids didn’t even cry when I left instead they turned around and said bye to me like they were going to have so much fun, everyday for them is like vacation where they leaned and be taken care of I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for quality care and great prices!Worth’s the time to writte here that’s how grateful my family is for this place ?
