When you look up Horizon West you can find -Francisco Nieves-Taranto, is dedicated to providing 5 star customer service giving his landlords and tenants alike the peace of mind they deserve.Questionable! Is he??? When you have faulty business practice and unable to have a piece of mind because your emails, phone calls and text messages don't get answer. Lack and limited Customer Services is written every where. Unable to confirm Due Diligence or guiding process.I read the satisfactory and dissatisfaction reviews and we always believe -That is not going to happen to me. Here I am, if the method of communication is email, just answer your emails in a timely matter, the experience of moving to a new place should be exciting and a joint venture. Constructive critics can only help for the better is not personal.

My experience with this management company was really great. The prices of my rental was reasonable, any maintenance request was handled very quickly (considering my property didn't have onsite maintenance), and when my job forced me to jump up and move they were very accommodating. They also only upped my rent a small amount after my lease was up. The hardest part about leaving the Orlando area was leaving this great living situation. If I had stayed in Florida I 100% would have stayed. I would recommend renting through this company.

Top notch company! I absolutely love working with Lauren & Francisco. They know the market extremely well— I believe they’ve lived in the Orlando area for nearly 40 years. They conducted a dedicated search that reflected our investment property wishlist and went above and beyond to answer our many real estate questions & concerns. They are professional, responsive, ethical and knowledgeable. I would never consider buying or managing a property in Orlando without their support. Working with them has given us a peace of mind. 1 YEAR+ UPDATE: My opinion of RentCare has only increased. I want to present the disclaimer that I'm no landlord shill; politically I don't really even think landlords should exist. However, if have a landlord I must, then I'm happy it's RentCare.My specific property manager, Lauren, has been nothing but supportive and helpful for me. When I was laid off for a couple months she worked with me to make sure I got the renter's assistance available to Florida renters. Even though I was behind while that got sorted out I never felt any pressure or received any nasty letters from RentCare. Feeling secure that my landlord wanted to help me stay in my apartment rather than finding a reason to evict me was a pleasant surprise; and Lauren's dedication and help was beyond what I could have expected.ORIGINAL POST: I've only had Rent Care as my property manager for a few months now, but so far there's been no issues. Each person I've interacted with has been very helpful and professional.I looked around a loooooot before picking a place I wanted to live and for the area the rent here is very much in line with similar properties and I feel like I'm paying a fair price. I've only needed to contact them for one issue and it was handled smoothly and easily.I would have liked to have seen a bit more work go into prepping the unit before I moved in; but this is my first time living in Florida and I'm not sure what the standards/regulations are. Fine is the word I'd use to describe the unit's preparation. It was fine.Overall my experience with Rent Care has been above expectations, and as I'm hoping to live here for many years it really is a nice piece of mind to find that the management company is reasonable, nice, and easy to work with.

Move-in walkthrough never counted for items that were damaged or needs to be maintained. After reporting the damages to the management, never been fixed. The monthly maintenance fee is nothing but a legal ripoff. At the end you will as a tenant loose a big cut of your security deposit regardless how descent, clean or on-time payment. And to top it off, once you are in, plan to deal with ghosts as no phone call returns on time, no replay to your emails and no names to deal with. The only care that Rentcare can offer is how to rip you off, please stay away for your self-piece.This is to comment on RentCare Reply: my ignored emails, SMS and phone calls are my evidence on how bad your service is. We were not able to attend the walkthrough because we were on the road moving to Florida. All damaged items had been reported to you in an email a week later, and you never have the courtesy to professionally do the repairs and still charging maintenance fee. I had turned the property 8 days earlier than the due date, and twenty days later still had not heard from you on the status of the property or my deposit, I have my email to prove that. If there was any legitimate claim to cut down my deposit, you should had the courtesy to notify me with the option either to manage it myself or accept the cut if you do it. Again I have 8 days left on my lease and never asked for a credit or you offer a refund. To cut $900 out of my deposit that is a true ripoff.

Rent Care Property has been our Management Company for the past 8 years. The owner and management team have always been very professional, courteous and quick to expedite necessary repairs to all of our major concerns/requests. We feel very fortunate to have such a good relationship with Rent Care. Francisco is always pro-active and helpful, no matter what time of day we reach out to him.
