This location is consistently understaffed. Never able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dread having to wait inside for counter service and avoid it whenever possible. Can't recommend.

This bank has the worst customer service ever. Every time I go to the bank I have to walk inside as they do not have any drive up lanes. Usually takes me quite a while to get through the line.

Typically BOA services, they treat you like shxxt. They close my mom's account without notice or proper reason. Yes, she kept at least $6000 in her account at all time. Long story short, Thanks to manager Shirley's "excellent" service, I decided to close my account with them as well. Now, my life is so much better without them. *** Angie, your are so awesome, you should be the branch manager instead. Thank you!! ***

I am here on a Tuesday morning after Veterans Day. It's just like the other reviewer stated. Over 10 people in line with 1 teller working. There is a customer service representative asking if they can help. Hard to believe they don't step in and help the teller when it's this busy. No drive through teller only drive through ATM machines outside.

This review is based upon a customer service issue that this branch is plagued with. In short, at the 2:00PM timeframe on Monday, November 5, there is one teller servicing at one point over 10 plus customers waiting in line. It was not until the guest service host at the front desk had to assist a branch associate with a transaction did she then see the line and offered to open up a second window. Meanwhile, 20 - 25 mins had passed as customers in front and behind me were finally attended to. When asked earlier by a customer why there was only one teller available, the guest service associate (who blatantly avoided to open the second window) stated that the sole window associate was the only resource on the clock to provide the service. Very weak excuse... The guest service/host, was plain lazy, and if she can open the window with a dozen customers in line, she surely could have assisted prior to that minimizing the wait, and to that point, this branch needs some re-training on customer service. I only make a monthly deposit and even then feel inconvenienced by this branch. I know now, that I will be driving farther to Dr. Phillips where there are at least two tellers to assist.
