“Quick service from efficient experienced employees, despite always being busy when I go there to scan and drop Amazon returns. The only issue I have is an internet dead zone for my cell phone so I can't access Amazon at the store. Now I always screenshot the Amazon return codes to my phone or print them out.”
“Dropped off an eBay item to be shipped and the service was quick and easy. I did not have a label printed out so they offered to print one for me for a small fee. Super convenient, highly recommended for shipping your items!”

“I think the man’s name was yogi but he allowed me to come in and do a package even tho they where closing and I ran in late. He was very funny and helpful! Definitely a nice face and personality to see when you walk into the store! There was another man to forgot his name tho, he helped me with taping my packages very friendly duo at this location!”

“Every single gentleman working, was incredibly helpful and professional. They were all in wonderful moods, extremely articulate and pleasant. Joaquin, in particular went above and beyond the scope of his job description. He helped me with two very heavy awkward boxes that I was shipping. He took it upon himself to help tape everything up it was quite involved, and he was literally sweating and I was so grateful and he could not have been more pleasant.all the team members were nice and were welcoming even opening the door for me multiple times while my hands were full. They were efficient and completely on top of everything. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location. Well done!”

“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. Good poeple”

“I went to get my fingerprints done for my job. Unfortunately, I always have problems with my fingerprints no matter where I've done them. This time was no different, my fingerprints were taking a long time to process, and then I accidentally shut down the computer, and had to redo them. But Gabriel, an employee at the store, was so patient with me and so kind. He was very professional and did not even seem frustrated or exasperated by how long my fingerprints were taking. I hope the store understands what a fantastic employee they have on their hands. I wish Gabriel all the best!P.S. I did finally get my fingerprints processed with Gabriel's help. ?”

There were a few snags when this place first opened, like spotty internet and selling you a roll of tape when a piece would do, but the staff is now a consistent team, friendly and very helpful and patient. “Needed to print, notarize, and ship a document to Singapore. The problem was that the document had to be printed on European standard A4 size. Omar offered a solution where he would print the emailed document on larger paper and cut it down to A4 size. He went out of his way to meet our needs and provided outstanding and caring notary and shipping services. Tina also provided clear and helpful information by phone.
