They charged me $270 just to detail the exterior of my Ford F-150. They washed the truck then merely sprayed on liquid carnuba wax then wiped off. Asked them to remove 4 plastic window vent shades and remove the adhesive residue but they only removed 2. He told me he'd come back the following Tuesday or Wednesday to remove the other 2 and never showed up or called after I already paid the full $270. The cheap wax they sprayed on my truck only lasted a month

This was a terrible experience . Price on the website says $169 for a signature clean for a small SUV, but they got here and suddenly I was quoted $250 for the "size of the job"? My car was already fairly clean. I was promised it would be a very detailed cleaning, so I finally agreed to go with it.. The gentleman finished when it was already dark out, but in the light of day, my car is still dirty. Windows, mirrors, cargo area, wheels, and rims all dirty like never touched. And while I appreciated the shampoo, my car is STILL soaking wet. See my photos and save yourself the money.

look i’m a honest men, so these is what happened to me. The guys came here at my house to wash my car, he first started saying that it would take him hours to take something off my car paint, until there i was ok and understandable with the situation and he also was going to charge more. I was ok with the situation until the 350 dollar was just to wax the car and wash it, and barely clean the inside of the car. Because what i ask for was the ultimate detail and that’s definitely not what i got, and also the hours that he said that was going to take him only took 1 hour. And the trash left behind that kinda made a mess on the road.

My poor truck drove over 3000 miles from Washington State to Florida with 2 dogs and a cat, for 7 days! She desperately needed to be detailed! They came out to my home and detailed her right there and when they were done she looked brand new!!! Detail Pros literally made my 2019 Ram 2500 look like it did when I bought it off the showroom floor. The truck looked amazing inside and out. The engine was so clean you could eat off of it. They were on time and finished in a few hours. The price for the job was less than what I expected ?. I highly recommend Detail Pros. I've used them twice after my toddler spills milk in our backseat. As you can imagine, dairy residue gets stinky if caught at a later time. The car feels and looks brand new every time they clean it. Most importantly in my case, smells fresh. They also offer mobile services and go to you.
