The Pharmacy at this location doesn't open until 9:00am, not very convenient for many customers. I will be switching to Walgreens due to this.

I went to the minute clinic on 1/27/24 at 9:20am for a follow-up from the week before regarding Hypertension (Level 2). I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment due to child care issues. I tried to call ahead and conveniently you can't call the location directly. I spoke with customer service who assured me I had a 15 minute grace period and I'd be fine. The staff at this location cancelled my appointment for being 10 minutes late. I spoke to an Asian female and informed her that customer service told me that I had a 15 minute window to arrive at my appointment. She told me they didn't have enough staff, to reschedule, and turned me away. I've waited for over an hour to be seen by doctors, I guess doctors won't wait for you. (There were only two other patients waiting). I wouldn't trust these people with my health. I expected too much from a CVS.

Terrible service, doesn't care to get things done faster! How long does it take to get a single medicine! I do not recommend

Terrible service, no greeting or direction when you get in, the nurse's assistant don't even say hello, she does not listen to you, I request a PCR test and she refused because they don't have it there and practically force me to do another rapid test after I told her I just had one done the day before but still feel so sick and want to make sure with the PCR but she insisted and finally I was feeling so tired and sick that I gave in, they sent me 2 medicines and told me 10 min, I came back and there was only one medicine ready. Never coming back, what a horrible experience when you are sick!!!!

I typically have to wait on hold ten minutes or more to speak with the pharmacy. I don't have any complaints once they answer, but the hold time is maddening.

I placed an order on line with CVS. The item was delayed in getting to me, but even worse when it arrived they shipped me things I didn't order. I called into CVS and they said I could go into the store with my receipt for my purchase online and return it to get the correct items. I went into the store tonight Jacob told me he needed to ask his manager if he could take it back. He said the manager told him he could but he would have to give me half price since my receipt was for different items. So I asked how much that would be (the reason I wanted to know is because I know these items were more than the items I had ordered). He then said "No" I am not going to do it. He said come back tomorrow and ask someone then to do it. Basically kicking me out of the store. He treated my like criminal.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman working the covid testing was so rude and would not give me my test that I had made an appointment for days in advance. Yes I was late and i Started off by saying I was late and apologizing because I had gone to the wrong CVS and she refused to give me my test even though I was the only person there and no one else was waiting to get tested. I will not be returning to this CVS.

Very bad pharmacy. Pharmacist refused to fill my medicine which I needed badly especially since I was going out of town and almost out. No reason given. I had done nothing wrong. In fact, I had just walked up to the counter and before I could tell him what I needed, he told me he would not fill it. Didn't even know the medication. When I called the manager she said she could not do anything - that he is the Pharmacist and if he does not want to fill the medication order he does not have to. Had to drive out of my way to go to another pharmacy to get it filled. VERY DANGEROUS. Sounded like discrimination to me. I won't ever go back there.

Horrible customer service from manager Brandon who told people shouldn't "come to the store with broken English".

The pharmacy staff has been very helpful to me. They worked extra with me and me dr to find a lower cost medication. They have really gone the extra mile.

Terrible pharmacy. They will not pick up phones, so don't bother calling. When you go in you can hear the ringing in the form of "three pharmacy calls" on and on and on. That means your doctors can't call. So if you need to get information to see if your prescription went through, or your doctor needs to update it, nobody can call. They have to leave a message that's checked every few hours. That means I've waited over 24 hours for antibiotics I needed that day. Absolutely incomprehensible. And yet they call incessantly to see if you want them to arrange refills of prescriptions so they can get more money - when many prescriptions require going to your doctor for a checkup before you get a refill. I even had one pharmacist jockey refuse to fill my prescription because he didn't like the dose... that was the same dose I've had for over 18 months at the same pharmacy. Then my doctor couldn't call to figure out what happened. I literally had to drive down there and confront them to figure out what was going on because I couldn't call. Absurd. The lines are always long, the staff seems frazzled and imprecise... Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere. After registering these issues over the past 2+ years and seeing zero change, I finally did.

DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU!!! I waited a few minutes before anyone said "I'll be with you in a minute". I could see through the window no one was at the counter inside. After a few more minutes, I drove around, parked and went inside where I was waited on right away. Two people were too busy to attend to the drive thru. There was another person waiting in the drive thru when I was at the counter... Kinda glad I went in so I didn't have to touch the nasty basket at the drive thru...

Worst pharmacy ever! My first phone call I was on hold for 38 minutes. I had to get back to work, then my next call was 19 minutes when they finally picked up my call. I then go to the drive thru and had to wait 16 minutes before I just decided to park and go inside. Once inside I ask for a manager, he states that it's been this way for the last couple of months and oh well. Wonderful customer service

I've always came to this CVS, the pharmacy is very kind. They have great interpersonal skills with their customers. The minute clinic here is also great, the nurse practitioners (NP) know what they are doing. I had to get my TB screening done here and both NPs were very flexible especially the time, it might've been because my visit is very simple and can be completed easily. But nonetheless, the health professionals were terrific.

Minute Clinic doctors are highly recommended at this CVS. I've had good experiences both recently & even 2 years ago. They are helpful & considerate, & I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes once I get to CVS. (You are able to book online appointments as well.)
