Their online price is higher than their in store price but they don’t tell you until you find out and when you question them they say we’re sorry and nothing can be done. But the item we wanted wasn’t available in store and suddenly when you order it online for pickup it’s available? So not only are you being charged more money and a pickup fee, ur also paying more money b/c they marked up the price. That’s how they make money! I’ll never be coming back here. Their customer service is a joke. The lady tells me you cannot return this item bc it’s an online purchase even if you return it we cannot guarantee the refund.I asked her if she could transfer me to the store directly so I can speak with someone there and she said unfortunately they don’t have that service and there is no staff available to pick up the line. But you can try and go to the store.Oh and then the rep was like don’t worry I have documented this whole thing and will forward to the operations team however I cannot guarantee they will contact you or follow up with you. But we’re sorry. What a slap in the face lmao. I have no words!

I LOVE ALDI advent calendars! I couldn’t get to the store in time when it opened so when I got there they didn’t have the candle one I wanted. So the manager called other stores to see if they had them and asked them to hold it for me!! So nice, and definitely above and beyond. I can’t wait to open these!!

My new go to place for groceries. Best prices for a major grocer and very clean well stocked location.

This particular Aldi is located in the Windermere section of Orlando, Florida. I am ultimately a fan of Aldi, although I often compare it to the something akin to the Odd Lots of supermarkets.Aldi does have some very good deals and some not so great deals. I like their bread and I also like their vegetables. Customer service by design is pretty weak. Aldi keeps a minimal staff by business model. They also do not have land lines at their locations. So, you cannot call to ask a question. I am not saying their staff is rude, they just don't really have the staff. The vibe is also nice enough. It is bright and cheerful. All in all, this is a decent enough of Aldi.

This aldi is always well stocked, although the self checkouts being the primary checkout method now is a little annoying. Wish the organic selection was a little bit bigger as well

Super clean, self check out mostly, but it moves quickly. Great prices and amazing produce. Customer service is great as well.

Honestly the best prices for really good food. You can get a homemade 16" pizza for $6. I rarely thing of Aldi when ai go grocery shopping but everytime I go to one I can't believe the variety of organic products without the organic price associated with it.

Always find cool little items you would never expect to find at a grocery store, and they're very economically priced.

Great value! Love the wines and cheese selection. I never visit the store, I always order on-line and pickup.

I do recommend Aldi’s but not this location. Price is not where they should be with merchandise and cashiers don’t know how to delete an unwanted item due to merchandise being in wrong pricing areas.

Aldi prices cannot be beat. They have lots of eclectic items. Unfortunately, they don’t always have the same items in the store. I don’t recommend their bread, fresh chicken, or some of their produce. These items seem to go bad rather quickly, too quickly imo.

I stopped by this store while I was in the area to grab a few things. My usual Aldi's is in Clermont, 30 minutes away. I like this location because it is so visually spacious inside and usually has all the products I need. The produce is the first section you walk into. It is set up similar to a Trader Joe's produce section, in size and appearance. After picking up more than I had planned on getting, which is my usual here, I saw the self-checkout lanes. There are 4 self-checkout registers. They were so easy to use. You don't even need to take the items out of the cart. Just point and click with the handheld scanner. I definitely prefer this to the attended registers here. You can't use the argument that you prefer the human cashiers because let's face it, they really do not talk to you anyway as they race through scanning your items, tossing them in your cart. Using the handheld scanner, I can confirm the prices and make sure everything is handled with care. I knocked off 1 star because there weren't any staff at the registers when I was there. They may have been close by but I didn't see them. Not that I would've used them after seeing the self-checkout lanes but others might have.

I love the new self checkout. 4 star only because variety changes in the frozen foods. My family loved the lasagna rolls and they don't have them anymore.

The staff has always been super helpful here! Parking has never been hard nor has it been too busy any time of day. The only problem at this Aldi is the selection of eggs and some meat dwindles later in the day. So if you want a wide selection of eggs or meat products try to go as early as you can.
