Seriously need more knowledgeable clerks on hand. They never seem to have enough people working registers or at customer service you always have to stand in line atleast 15 minutes or more to check out. And seriously need new management cause store is messy and unorganized. General manager needa come in and do some firing and hiring and get this store under control.

The pick up area director sucks. Rude nasty attitude, let's their employees trash their pick orders and then blame it on the driver. Never going to this location again

Ordered face stuff for my kids from pick up.. was given an empty box… how does one shop the order and not feel that the box is empty? Who is responsible for hiring such an incompetent person? Please get rid of both parties. I have had many issues with my recent pick up orders but this one is by far the most ridiculous issue I’ve run into thus far.

It must be the rapid growth of this area but almost every time I go there, they are out of some things that I need. They should also resurface the parking lot. Other than that, the staff is nice and store is clean.

There used to be a straight line to the self checkout , NOW there is a straight line that funnels in to a zig zag with a partition , that forces costumers to be within 3 feet of each other.
EVERY visit someone cutts the line where the zig zag starts and i have to CONFRONT another customer EVERY visit because they are confused where the line starts.
Make it a straight line again , its not MY job to CONFRONT other shoppers!
The staright line funneling into a zig zag has NOT made the self checkout faster....its much slower now 1/3 of the customers cutt the line directly to the front whwre the zig zag partition starts.
I can post photos if you dont believe me.
Also employees cut in front of customers to make purchases, and that is unacceptable.
2024 update , things have gotten worse , now there is no line so people cutt others regularly and it's no longer first come first serve , it's survival of the fittest sort of atmosphere at checkout , there still is still not 24 hours , which at first didn't matter too much, but now they don't even try to hide to stock , the entire floor of this store is soo cluttered with stock and stockers you can barely navigate through an aisle.
If you do manage to get around the stock and workers stocking it, you have a new obstacle , the workers picking online orders , there are just as many or more workers shopping for online orders than there are customers. It's extremely hard to get through the aisle. You definitely won't be doing any impulse buys when your barely able to even shop in this store with all the employees and stock blocking products.
The management at this location don't seem to respond to feedback whatsoever and are actively making this location worse by the day.
Don't take my word for it , visit this location and see these issues yourself , it's daily and a persistent issue.
I recommend going back to 24 hours and having employees stock during the twilight hours 12am 6am , this way you will have a steady trickles of customers to support the labor involved with stocking and the busy hours won't cluttered with stock , just like you used to operate.
Also having the online shoppers shop at twilight hours or pull from the backroom , it's unacceptable to have 100+ workers shopping in the aisles the customers need to use.
**Now they have people at the self checkout to to tell you which register NOT to use, now the self checkout has special rules , some are for walmart subscribers, some are for 10 items or less , you basically have 4 empty registers at all time for the plus members and paying someone to tell customers they can't use those empty registers lol what a joke.
My feedback has been ignored for years by walmart , hopefully this helps a customer decide where to shop.

Was turned down at the tire center because they have to have oil changes done within 30 minutes of writing the car up. Was told I would have to wait till the customer in front of me was done before they would even write it up. Sounded like they were trying to manipulate their wait times to look better for the market team instead of providing basic service to their customers.

This is the only Walmart in Ruskin. It's always super crowded, and there are only 3 lanes open most times. The wait to cash out is ridiculous. I gave the store 3 stars because they stay stocked with what I need.

This is the worst walmart i have seen! Probably, worst managed place! The line goes all the way to the back of the store on a weekend and multiple self checkout registers are closed; always closed!
