I love Publix, but the employees where they serve the sandwiches and wraps, are unfriendly, except for a girl of Puerto Rican descent who is very friendly and cordial when they serve me, but today 05/20/24 I went to order a wrap, there was no one waiting and there were two girls and a guy biting some tenders and both looked at each other and laughed, they left me waiting 5 minutes, I know how to wait but they even said hello and at least told me "I'll be right with you", after 5 minutes that apparently I did not exist, I left and saw a manager and gave her the complaint, but these employees today have no sense of empathy with others, has no inclination to customer service that should be universal, I smelled that's why they were waiting for me.

It’s Publix what more do I need to say? They set the standard on how a grocery store should be. They are always clean organized and well stocked. The staff is always helpful.

Went to deli to purchase a chicken sandwich and service was so slow. The young lady was just in slow mode. I almost got to work late. I can say sandwich was good.
