Very clean store. Always enjoy going shopping at Publix. Extremely friendly staff. Very well stocked store. Fresh fruits and veggies.

I have lived in the area for 8 years. I live and work in Belmont. This place has the worst deli in all the Publix I've visited. The manager always makes excuses it's so frustrating. I shop here 4 times a week, it's always the same story. They tell you to order ahead in the app yet when you come to pick up they don't have your stuff ready, lost your order, always say they are understaffed but come on now... they've been saying that since they opened. The truth is, they don't prepare properly. I noticed a year ago that the rush always comes after highschool lets out... the smart thing would be to stock what those kids come for. Have it cooked and ready. Instead they always run out and are constantly having to tell people they need 20-45 minutes to cook stuff. Just plan ahead people. I don't work there and I know what's up. I only come here because I work and live in Belmont. If I didn't I'd shop elsewhere

The worst Publix Deli. We have been coming there since they have opened and they have not improved since. Awful. I was told by the deli lady I could go to another deli and not even apologetic. I do NOT recommend the deli

Deli never has things prepped as they should during lunch or dinner hour deli meat should be pre sliced for lunch and dinner subs. There is no excuse to have to make me wait 20 minutes while worker slices meat for one sandwich and when I asked what was taking so long the other girl piped up to say the slicer is very sharp have to go slow. Not my problem get the prepping done before 20 people are waiting for the sub of the day. Also Pricey for a foot long with turkey and ham with cheese only nothing else for 12.59. You should be ashamed of yourselves I am the customer and don't need someone half my age mouthing off to me unnecessarily.

Shanon from the sandwich area was really nice and super helpful. There was a bother co worker who spoke Spanish but she was rude or maybe tired of working her shift. Not sure but thanks to shanon I was able to get my sandwich.

The only reason I went was it was close to my home. During the hurricane Ian, I did not have too many choices. Don't expect a lot of variety of goods and especially the $ off coupon and sale items, they are difficult to find and conditions for using the coupon are unclear on their app. Not bad for quick pick ups of last minute items. you probably can get better deals elsewhere.

Ben at the Publix Pharmacy at Belmont Shopping Center is the best! Our interactions with Ben have been nothing short of outstanding. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, has great customer service, and is gentle with giving vaccines. Ask for Ben if you ever visit this pharmacy location and you won't be disappointed.

I had the worst experience with the prepared foods section. First experience with this department. I placed an order at 4:22 pm for pick up at 6:00 pm. Upon arrival, my order was NOT ready and everyone behind the counter was confused. I showed them my order information, then I had to wait 25 minutes for them to put the order together. The order was missing food that was to be included in the price so I ask the associate about it and he shrugs his shoulder and tells me "I don't know" and walks away! Another associate comes over and asks me what's wrong so I explain to him that parts of my order are missing. He tells me "umm I'm not sure, we are out and again walks away! The manager was of no help, after I explained how unprofessional the staff was, does not ask how to remedy the situation or any sense of urgency. I left the food right on the customer service desk and walked out.
