Under new management thankfully. Amazing customer service. Kevin the manager was fast efficient and beyond informative I am so appreciative. Julio was excellent at finalizing everything. Finally Ms. Ana did an amazing job overseeing their productivity and helped as needed. Thank you a million! Side note.. DO NOT GO TO RUSKIN METRO PCS!

They will sell you insurance (Assurant) for your phone and you’ll pay $14 extra every month. When you want to claim a file for any reason( replacing screen for my case) they will ask you pay $200 for replacing new phone which i didn’t mean to and doesn’t make sense for me!! Assurant people say MetroPcs gets the premium and they need $200 and metropcs people say assurant gets the money($14) and they can’t help with that! Each time you call each of them, they will waste your hours on the phone and at the end they will say the can’t help!! At the end, you’ll end up paying $14 extra over service fees monthly for nothing!! Save you money with staying from this trap!

My experience with Adrian at the Metro PCS by T-Mobile store was completely unacceptable. Adrian's unprofessional behavior not only left me feeling disrespected and mistreated but also created an uncomfortable environment for other customers in the store.When I asked another customer in the store for their opinion, they confirmed that Adrian's behavior was unacceptable and that "the customer is always right."Despite the clear evidence that Adrian's behavior was out of line, the store management did not take appropriate action to address his unprofessional behavior. As a result, I felt unsupported and disrespected as a customer.Overall, my experience with the Metro PCS by T-Mobile store was a negative one. I would not recommend anyone to interact with Adrian or to visit this location until the store management takes appropriate action to address his unprofessional behavior and prioritize the needs and concerns of their customers.
