Terrible place! They used to provide excellent services. Not now!!! They will not call you as you request. You will receive NO updates about your car, and you will have to call to even see if your car is finished by the time they first said. There are very unqualified workers, including those newer to the front desk area. One individual in particular does NOT need to be working the computers or goving back vehicle keys and final paperwork. He may take up to 15 min. to even what's directly in front of him when attempting to check out customers upon completion. Go anywhere but here for your vehicle services!

Pedro and Q were awesome! I came in cause I had a nail in my tire and needed to get it patched. They were great and were able to get to my truck right away and was finished in no time. I will definitely come back to them.

I needed a place to park, but not for gas to walk over to Wawa. I parked in front of Mavis Tires as multiple cars were in the parking lot and immediately a worker comes out recording me yelling I can't park there. I put my hands up to show him I dont want any issues and immediately said ok no problem got in my car and left as tensions are high. Here is what doesn't sit right with me as I'm walking back to my car there's other people parked in the same spot walking to Wawa so why was I a problem? Why immediately record me without my consent? Why let other people park there before they opened with no problem except me?
If this place of business wanted customers only parking in the facility knowing the gas station is a mess wouldn't a sign be more affective and less agressive rather than record me while yelling at me? I'll avoid this place of business if this is how they treat the public in tough times, there's plenty of other tire places that can speak to people with respect.
The point is, the situation could have been handled differently on his part instead of going full speed ahead recording and yelling I couldn't park there. Maybe he's on edge, which I can understand, but don't escalate the situation or pick and choose who and who can't park there before they're even opened when they are clearly not customers.

Thomas was very helpful in getting my tire replaced quickly. He was very honest and made sure I had everything needed and explained all the pricing to me. He answered any questions/ concerns that I had!

I waited 3 hours just for them to tell me they couldn’t do my alignment because supposedly my tire didn’t fit when is is a normal tire in a suburban with that being said my appointment was at 10am and they waited that long just to do a tire rotation! Bad customer service bad office just in general , I also took my 2024 Kia the last time and they couldn’t do it as well and they sent me last time and today to the big bend location and they always helped me out . This is outrageous and I will never be going back to the location in wimauma they are just lazy and don’t want to work !

I visited Mavis on a random day this week and they made sure to make room for me right away with no appointment. I spoke with Thomas and he made sure to get everything situated for me stress free. I defeated recommend for everyone to come here!

Pedro was incredible. I ran over some shrapnel and took the car to Mavis. Pedro said they could fix it and to leave the tire with him. Two hours later he called and they put the tire on in 2 minutes. Great service. Thank you Pedro!

I specifically said NO to the brake system flush. THE MANAGER said it was included. I asked for a breakdown of the pricing - he gave it verbally.
When I got home and reviewed the receipt, I saw he charged me $100 for the flush after all!
Do not take your cars here. If you do, GET THE ESTIMATE AND CHARGES IN WRITING before you get taken advantage of like we did.

First time visiting Mavis and it was a really good experience. I walked outside to run errands on a Sunday only to find a completly flat tire on my SUV. Mike did a great job helping me get the repairs needed, which what I really needed was 2 new tires. I was able to get them for a really reasonable price and they were installed in a very reasonable amount of time. All of the staff members were helpful, personable, and attentive. I especially appreciated the updates on the status of the car, i.e. when they were pulling it into the bay, how much time before it was completed, etc. Thank you so much for making an unexpected event not so unpleasant after all.

I really appreciate their customer service I didn't know what I was doing putting air my tire. The guy came out helped me, turned out I needed a patch and got my car in the back right away before this strom hit.
