Terrible haircuts on 5 of my kids. Told stylist I wanted fades on all their cuts, halfway through, I told stylist if she was giving them fades, because it didn't look like it, she said she wasn't done. They did not get fades and several of the haircuts are not even straight. Provided a picture on one of them and it looks nothing like the photo.
Requested style: Wanted fades but did not get.

The entire team at this n Great Clips location is excellent. But I must commend Maricel for her attention to every last detail of my haircut. I have paid twice as much for haircuts that we nowhere near as good. Their app allows you to check to see if there is a wait, and if so, how long it is. You can then digitally “get in line” by putting your name in on the screen. It works great! I am a very satisfied customer.
Stylist: As stated, my stylist was Maricel, and she is fantastic.

Had a picture of the hair cut, she short glance and ok, ok. asked for layers all over with bangs. got layers only on the front and something she called bangs but was just part of the front layers. She dried the front of my hair and left the back wet and a straight cut no shape, took my apron off, when I asked to make the bangs shorter because I don't see any bangs she gave a little trim withput anything protecting my cloth and didn't wait for me to say OK just let's go to the register. She was in a hurry to get me off the chair and it was obvious. I will never go back here and recommend not to get Maribel as your stylist.

As a business if you say you will open at 8am, you should be open at 8am. Otherwise change your hours. Very unprofessional to keep patrons waiting outside in the heat more than half an hour past opening. I gave up and left.

Back to School haircuts were a disaster. We already knew how busy it was going to be especially because you couldn't even book appointments online so we still decided to go. It was a 49min wait and we had to be inside the great clips before a certain time so they could lock the door. Well this wasn't a pleasant experience the ladies working were completely over giving hair cuts. They were rushing and were even edging which left my son's neckline and ears a mess. My husband also got a hair cut and he had the same results and they wouldn't wash hair by this time. And we weren't the only ones dealing with it but this was my experience at this location.

There are a few skilled stylists who listen, but just as many who do not and give unsatisfactory haircuts. The split is 50/50.Requested style: You have to repeat your requests several times for some stylists that will not listen. Even then, you may end up with a bad haircut.

My girlfriend's experience was fine. Mine on the other hand, my name was messed up, I don't know how, since it's on my account, my haircut wasn't entirely what I asked for, razor burn galore, and hair gel I didn't ask for. And no name tags, so I don't even know the stylists name. Definitely changing locations, as I have good experience with Great Clips as a whole.

I am 62 years old and I just got the worst haircut of my life at this place. First off when I first arrived there was one of the workers standing outside on the phone. I walked in another worker inside was cutting somebody's hair and she said she'll be with you in the moment. The girl saw me walk in, but she stayed outside another at least five minutes and then soldered in and checked me in she took me back. We talked about what I wanted. I showed her several pictures. There's a lot of product in my hair so she washed it and that was an extra $10 to wash my hair before haircut. I thought that was crazy, but then she cut my hair and within 10 minutes. She said she was done and the first time she said she was done. I looked at my hair. I'm like you didn't even take anything off around my ears. I said this is nothing like the picture I showed you so she took some more off And I still wasn't satisfied, but I had already decided she ain't taking no more off so I left and I get home and I'm trying to fix it and it is the worst haircut I've ever had. I'm going to contact that business and see if I can get my money back but now I don't recommend this place to anybody

I give this one Star because they made my head too short I completely told them too take 2 inches off the top and they took 4 so I’m recommending do not go to this
