Couldn’t find the part which is a discontinued product,(Hera ETD1 dimmer control for electric transformer) anywhere including big box stores. This company had the last few in the world, I’m sure. Absolutely pleasant transaction, fast shipping, too. Thank you, Eclectic-ware.

The order arrived fast and the product is perfect. I needed 3 discontinued ceramic bath hooks that were incredibly difficult to find, and found them at Eclectic-ware! I spoke with John on the phone prior to ordering and he was extremely informative about the product to make sure I was ordering the correct item I needed as a replacement. The Matte City Line Kohl hooks are the perfect color and I already installed one myself! Great customer service! Thank you John!

The owner-I believe his name is John-has a great sense of humor, as evidenced by package notices, etc. His web site is very well designed and easy to navigate. Customer service is outstanding. We were excited to find a company that had the replacement bulbs we were looking for. The sales representative we spoke with (John Wagonis) was very helpful and professional. The price of the bulbs was reasonable, they were shipped promptly and safely and, most importantly, they FIT our chassis perfectly! We are pleased to endorse Eclectic-ware for anyone considering or conducting a home improvement project in their kitchen or bathroom.

I must take this time to thank John, the owner of Eclectic-ware, and tell others about his fantastic customer service. You can find kitchen and bathroom hardware including ceramic fixtures on his website. I had purchased ceramic bathroom fixtures from him 20 years ago when we were remodeling. We were very pleased with the items, the very safe packaging and the fast delivery. Just this past August we needed some replacements. John wasn't able to provide the exact same fixtures, because they had stopped being manufactured by the company that supplies him. However, John made suggestions about very similar pieces that would blend beautifully, so I ordered and he was right; they worked perfectly. Most pleased with his expertise and willingness to help, I can say he deserves a 5 star review for sure!
