Terrible customer service. Do not care about your time. Constantly slammed and waiting for care. Rush you through care once they see you an hour + later. Also declined prescriptions when they had the record from the previous vets. All around bad experience.

Great people, personable veterinarians! I brought in a stray dog to be scanned for a microchip. They were fast and very friendly. Thank you to all who helped!! Archie will hopefully be reunited with his owners.

This place is great!! The office staff were so helpful and courteous to me when I brought in a stray named Archie to be scanned for a microchip. Everyone was so friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this place!! I just love animal lovers!

Dr Casali is an amazing vet. My dog Duck was really sick. I just moved to Fl from NYC, and did not have a vet. He is very skilled. Just a great , kind, caring , knowledgeable vet. My dog was better by the next morning. Shannon his assistant is amazing, skilled, and very kind as well. Thanks Sean for getting us an appointment as soon as I called, especially as we are a new patient. Sean you are so professional. I highly recommend this vet practice. Oh, the doctor called me in the morning to see how Duck was, answered my questions too! If you need a vet, this is the place.Thanks, Duck.

Dr Pait and Dr Casali are awesome! I’ve been going there for 4 years now, they help my 16 yro miniature schnauzer cross the rainbow bridge and they were amazing with me and my daughter. Now they are taking care of my baby Thomas since day one! He’s now 2 years old

Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. They shaved my cats stomach for an ultrasound. Multiple scratches and a gash. They said they could not complete the ultrasound because he became aggressive. They did not tell me they cut my cat multiple times. As soon as I stepped out from picking up my cat I checked him. That’s when I found they cut the ___ out of him. 3 doctors working on my cat all conspired to cover this up. All attempted to hide this information. Very very unprofessional. Very disgusting service. Waiting room is unsanitary. Staff is rude. Doctors arguing amongst each other. A true nightmare.If you care about your best friend bring them to South Federal Animal Hospital. Amazing doctor. Professional staff. People that truly care.

We brought our goldendoodle for a well pet visit and worked with Patricio and Shannon. They were exceptionally friendly and professional. As new dog parents, they took time to ask and answer our questions. We didn't feel rushed. They were genuinely interested in our pup and his health. We feel fortunate to have them care for our dog.

I have been brought now seven cats to them over the years and I cannot say how heartily I recommend them! Dr Barbosa, Bill...all of the staff have treated me very compassionately and with the ultimate professionalism yet I still feel like they are part of my critter family. And they treat their "patients" even better! The best care at reasonable prices... What more could you ask for?

They do the best they can. Everyone there is very respectful and nice. If they cannot figure out the diagnosis they will recommend a specialist for you to see.

The BEST care experience my pug has received in Florida. Wilton Manors Animal Hospital treated my dog like a member of their own family. The vet was gentle, kind and compassionate. Thank you!

I would like to thank the staff of Wilton Manors Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Casali for his compassion during one of the most difficult moments for me and my partner. Our beloved 15 year old dog Bentley was coming to the end of his life and we brought him to WMAH to give him comfort during his last moments. From the moment I entered the facility carried him on my arms, the entire staff showed so much compassion and patience toward us, as this was our first time going through this. The technician explained everything, and gave us time, the receptionist made sure we were placed in a private room immediately. Dr. Casali came, explained the process again, gave a lot of love to our sweet Bentley and gave us a hug and showed us so much compassion. We couldn’t thank enough the staff of this place. We will continue using this hospital for our other pets and again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.Manny and Ernie

They remember me and my dog Kamala every time. The Dr and staff are great and friendly. I couldn't be happier. I also love how they remind me when it's time to bring my pup in.
