The worst customer service in the banking industry, especially at this branch. I waited for half hour to speak to somebody and they told me we need an appointment

This is by far the worst Wells Fargo bank I have ever visited Went to this location simply for convenience I went at 10 AM and there were nine customers in line one teller. I came back at 2 PM. There were six customers in line and still one teller. Nobody speaks. No one looks up do yourself a favor and drive to another location.

Not a safe or pleasant experience. There was a homeless person sitting in front of the atms today. For this being a large company you should pay for security or for this to be regulated for your customers. We shouldn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable to use your establishment. Do better as a business.

Not very safe or clean. Homeless people sitting right in front of the atms today. This should be regulated. Wells Fargo is a big enough company to be able to afford security or for this to be regulated. Do better as a company to create a comfortable and safe experience for your customers.

The worst branch in all of Fort Lauderdale. Today is the 3rd time in 30 days that the branch locks its doors and puts a sign that reads “this branch is closed due to a power failure!” Which is obviously a lie because all of the lights are on. Both atms are out of service on top of it. Every time I step foot in this branch a customer is upset with either the staff for being rude or lack of staff period. I’m really considering going to truist bank or Bank of America. Do better Wells Fargo!!!!!!!!

I recently went to the Wells Fargo branch in Wilton Manors to open a new account, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. When I arrived, there was only one teller and one customer service representative, who were both busy assisting another customer. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, someone from the back finally came out and asked why we were there. It was then that we were informed that opening a new account required an appointment, which we were not aware of beforehand. The representative said he would only help one of us, based on who arrived first, and unfortunately, since I arrived after the other gentleman, I was not able to be helped. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. It seemed like there could have been better communication and organization at this branch to ensure a smoother experience for customers. It's important for businesses to make sure that their customers feel valued and taken care of, and unfortunately, I did not feel that way during my visit to this branch. Clearly this is not the right bank for me.

I walked in today, asking to open up a checking account. There is no one in the Wells Fargo office at all and she told me that I would need to make an appointment for a later date to open up a checking account because she was too busy. The lady they told me this was the first one that you walk in and see

When you website says you're open on Saturdays and the doors on the building states 9-5 Monday - Friday. Is an indication as to why Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the business.

What are these guys even doing… there’s three tellers behind the counter. A line to the door. One teller has been talking to a customer for a half an hour. Another teller is on his phone and the third teller is also helping the first customer. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years and this is the most irritating one I’ve been to across the board. Get it together

I came at 11 am. Looking for a notary. The manager was busy and that's understandable so the teller told me she probably was going to be with that customer all time until closing, like that was supposed to get me out? Then a lady comes out of the teller room and goes to a gentleman to talk about notary services way to go lady for ignoring me, I was there before the gentleman arrived .All together Wellsfargo sucks ,this definitely puts a question in my head to consider why should I continue after 21 years with them . The answer is I must change ,no biggie I know, I'm only 1 person .

Terrible customer service. And slow as molasses in everything they can do. I almost closed my account coming to this branch! Horrible experience with this branch.
