Moved down here from philly 2 yrs ago and have been lkg for a good(read honest) mechanic shop. Knew after 10 minutes of walking in that i found it. We cant really do anything about how much prices have gone up, we just want to feel like we're getting a fair price for good work. That's what i got at vertical auto. Everything upfront and above board. Highly recommend.

The mechanics are very patient and answer questions that you may need to ask about. ?
I had an awesome visit at Vertical Automotive shop. Laz And Reese they answered questions that I had asked and made me feel comfortable and not worried about my vehicle. I was really impressed with the diagnostic test that was ran on the my vehicle and when the report was sent to me to let me know what was found. It's a good feeling to have when you are informed on what you are up against when dealing with your vehicle issues. Vertical Automotive has ? percent customer service for my opinion. I will tell anyone who needs their vehicle looked at to Check out Vertical Automotive.

I bought my car 6 months ago and just brought it here for an oil change. Laz was very nice and explained what upcoming maintenance my car needed. Nice waiting area. I will def be coming back!!!

Loved the txt messages keeping me informed at every step of the way. The speed and efficiency was also greatly appreciated. Phone tag wasn't an issue which is important since I was working during diagnostics and repairs! Hopefully I won't see ya'll again soon, but you have a faithful customer now!

Working with Reece and Laz to repair my Toyota has been 10x better than dealing with Toyota service nearby. Reece is in constant communication about the status of my car and reviews all potential costs with me for my authorization. Laz followed up with me the next day via text. I feel they go above and beyond. I'm new to the area and I will continue to trust them with my car. Good job, Reece and Laz.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Reece at the service counter a couple of times. Once for a project that they honestly explained that the discovery of my issue would be expensive, and never tried to hard close me on it. The most recent time, a simple oil change. I scheduled the appt two days out. When the day came, I dropped my car off and had it back within 3 hours. I wasn’t even in a rush! Fair price, good customer service, and honest. Would recommend

I had been seeking a local shop for regular maintenance and repairs for my vehicle, and let me tell you, Vertical Automotive has a new lifelong customer! The service and professionalism at this location are terrific, and let's not forget the repairs; they were top-notch! Reece was an exceptional service advisor. He was kind, courteous, and showed general interest in my concerns and needs. I was walked through every stage of my repair. The communication through their shop software made everything easy to understand, and I had photographs of everything. Laz was also very helpful and followed up with me after my repair to ensure everything was done properly. The service, the repair quality, and their repair warranty all make Vertical Automotive THE place to go for your service and repairs!

I’m coming to the guys already one year and now they added service with cleaning car. This is amazing. I changed oil and wheels there. Everything was amazingly done and more car was clean ☀️ reasonable prices and best quality. I definitely recommend this service and will come again. ?

I trust Vertical Automotive with all my car repairs. They are always courteous and mechanics are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. They always listen, never do unnecessary repairs, and always follow up the next day to make sure the vehicle is doing well. I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else for my car repairs.
