I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Definitely one of the best Tech repair stores in the Ft. Lauderdale area. the gentleman Mansuer was amazing had my iMac up in running in 24 hour after i went to "ubreakitifixit" where they were clueless for two week and said my iMac was unrepairable.. i would definitely recommend this store to anybody looking for repair. and also had the best prices!!!!

I brought my tower in because it was caught in a loop. I was told the new hard drive was the problem and for $300.00 it could be fixed. After paying, I took it home and it had the same problem. I took it back and now I was told it was the mother board. It could be fixed for another $500.00. I left there extremely disappointed.I recently found that they were correct in thier evaluation and couldnt know that the motherboard was bad until the hard drive was replaced. He was right and I was wrong.Thanks pro repair!

I Brung in my Playstation 5 to this store to get fixed all that was wrong with it was an HDMI port repair. this repair very common since Sony cheaped out on thier hdmi ports, so I left it there for 3 days then he called me saying there are bugs and corrosion in console which is a blatant lie, becuase 1. I don't have bugs 2. Water has never been near my console and 3. before I brought in my PS5 It would boot up normally blue light then white light, after picking it up it just beeps and there's no light. im 100% convinced he broke my system worse and he made extra work for the next repair guy. Tldr; IF YOU HAVE A PLAYSTATION 5 OR OTHER DEVICE THAT NEEDS REPAIR PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP, HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND WILL BREAK YOUR STUFF WORSE THAN WHEN IT CAME IN. ☆ 0/10

I recently built a PC and when I tried to turn it on for the first time it didn't come on. I wasn't sure what to do and decided to look for somewhere I could take it to diagnose the problem. I found Tech Pro Repair and had seen all the great reviews so I decided to take my PC in to get looked at. They helped me by telling me what was wrong with my PC and even recommended me parts to use for the PC. They ordered the part I needed and set it up for me and even installed Windows 11 for me as well. Overall great experience and customer service. I will definitely be coming here for all my PC questions and concerns.

Got iPhone X new battery and digitizer replaced. Almost immediately the screen was very hard to use and needed accessibility options for touch turned on to make it operate. Within the 1st 2-3 months the battery started to swell. Stopped by and was told that it's not under warranty and they could give a discount on another repair. Waste of money and most likely uses sub standard parts. Stick to other sources for repair or used electronics...

What a GREAT experience. Paul Smirnoff the owner has got to be one of the most knowledgeable camera and computer guys I have ever seen. They installed 6 cameras around my house and upgraded my camera hard drive. Paul found and fixed problems that I had for years that no one else could figure out. Paul is a nice guy and made sure everything was perfect when he left my house. Thank you so much for a great job. ST.
