I had a pretty good experience getting my Volkswagen Beetle from this place. They had the only decent price that I could find in good condition and with low mileage. I get so many compliments from friends and family about the car. The only issue I had was with the navigation system touchscreen which I wasn't aware was broken. This was okay because I planned to buy an updated system anyways. I also like that it seems to be a small family business. Would definitely come back again though. Thanks for a great experience for my first car!

Was it a dealer's setup to sell my boyfriend a defective truck? The truck barely lasted a year and it failed completely. He spent over 20 thousand for his truck and it was worthless. We investigated the vin: 1GCHK29627E528197 of his truck after the fact of a massive failure. It was proven to be offered for less than 300.00 by an unknown seller. The dealer turned around and sold it for 18,000 plus financing to my boyfriend. Was the vehicle defective is that why it was offered for less to the dealer. The interior of the truck had deteriorate and there was major electrical failure. It is as if the dealership purchased a truck that was headed to the junk yard for disposal. Ron lied about the condition of the truck and said he would fix it before financing. That was a lie. The truck had symptoms of being in a flood. Rust in the interior and major damage electrically. Do not trust this company. This company can't lie about doing business with us. The title number is 98867715. If you can trust this review then you will be able to alter your future in having a bad experience in dealing with this dealership! We believe that it was a dealership set up to sell the public a dysfunctional vehicle because of how the dealership Acquisition took place. Their purchase is very fishy and it smells.

Do not trust this place. I purchased a car from him on a trust level that the car was in good shape. I’ve put $2500 in repairs and it needs more repairs. This car needed several major things done. Do not purchase a car from this place without taking to a service person to look over it. Not a happy customer and I’m very trust worthy and he gave me a raw deal.

I posted a 5 star review the day we picked up our Solara. Part of me thought that I should wait to post just in case I have any issues, but I posted anyway. I can now even more fully give my 5 stars. Not only is the car even better than we had hoped, but they have been very kind and responsive and have been there to answer questions and deal with issues. I was afraid that if I gave my 5 star review too soon, they would just be done with us but that was not the case. They have continued to be very helpful and accommodating. I can honestly say that I very highly recommend them.

When I met Alberto and his family, I had already been looking for a couple of months for a reasonably priced hybrid. This was the first place I had seen one in good condition and at a good price range. Being older, the car had a few quirks which Alberto explained in detail. He joined me on the drive and went over a lot with me to make sure I was comfortable in the car. I really appreciated this. He was honest and took time to explain a lot too as this was my first hybrid and I am new to the States. There was no pressure to buy either, unlike what you get at some other dealers. So I purchased the car and the handling of the purchasing was seamless too. I had the car keys in my hands within a couple of days.Then after I let the car sit for a while when I went away, it wouldn't start. Reliable had told me before I left with the car, to contact them anytime. So I called, explained my problem and Alberto came to meet me. He checked the OCD codes with me, helped me get the car started and took time to explain the hybrid battery to me again. Then he drove with me to make sure all was ok. His honesty and the extra help, out of his own time and pocket was beyond any level of service I could have expected. He wanted to make sure before I took the car to a mechanic that it wasn't just a simple fix (which it was). Again, I really appreciated this and I will happily recommend Reliable to everyone needing a car.
