I went on a treasure hunt in a thrift store. It was a small space, but it was very clean and tidy. There were some interesting things. I bought a top and the store clerk was very nice!

The staff here SUCKS! They are bitter because they are not relevant anymore. I think they nust have terrets syndrome because they all were making strange bird noises. Very odd people

I was so happy to be shopping here today with a staff that was welcoming and shared a warm vibe with me. From the kind greeting and answering of my questions to checkout with Jas reminding me of the dollar rack stating the other location is open for another hour (music to me ears). No doubt I will be back for more as I feel my 1 hour drive is a non issue based on my seamless experience today!!! Thanks for the memories!

Purchased a mirror from this location, couldn't take it with me, i asked if I could pick it up later, the manager said he would hold it in the back until I come back. The manager looks it over, then he slams it face first on the counter in front of me, miraculously it was not damaged, but when i come back 5 minutes later to pick it up, it was damaged. I have a feeling it was damaged intentionaly. No way the damage pictured was an accident, as it's an inside edge. It's a shame, it was a beautiful antique mirror.

I wish the service were as noble as the mission.
I dropped off some items for donation. After some scrutiny and questioning, I was allowed to unload my donations. I did read the list of unacceptable items ahead of time. I was helping unload and the person that met me had the door showed me where to put them in the storage area.
That’s when a manager comes in and asked what I was doing. It was obvious I was unloading donated items, but I articulated that to them. He snapped, “No, you’re not supposed to be back here, it’s a liability.” He then proceeded to chastise the person that met me at the car and called him a knucklehead.
Totally understand the need to have rules, but perhaps handle customer & employee interactions with a bit more grace. I’ll donate where it’s less hassle and less intimidating.

Went to buy an item that was in the window an told not available for purchase. It is literally a resell shop. What?!? Rude customer service and a terrible experience.

This is a gem in Wilton Manors.. It's a fun place to check out and I usually find a unique and cute item here. Friendly staff too.

I was considering donating to this location but after reading all the terrible reviews regarding this person Bill (assistant manager) greeting you with such a negative attitude and sounds like sometimes a bit hostile. I think it’s safer to look for another organization to do my donating. This is truly disappointing. As a business owner myself I know first hand having a good staff representing my business and brand are key to the success of my business. I hope that after all these negative experiences your customers have had you have since then made better decisions on who you have representing your wonderful organization.

Best thrift store in the area with fun, friendly staff.
You can drop your donations off at the side door on the east side of the building. Just ring the bell and someone will come help you to unload or you can just hand the person the items.
Clothes, furniture, vintage jewelry, glassware, books, pottery, cds, etc.
Always getting new stock put out daily.

Awesome thrift store with a good cause. I can't vouch for the pharmacy because I haven't used it, but the store is always clean and organized and the staff is always kind and accommodating. I've been able to get all sorts of things including clothes, bookends, drinkware, and even a $3 computer monitor that have made my move back to Florida so much easier.
