No, ever one star. The pharmacist Adam S. just told me that I couldn't be expected to be treated like a baby if I don't hear from them on a prescription. I had called the previous day (to avoid this situation), going to the pharmacy and not getting the prescription, but they told me they had ordered and would be there with my other prescription the next day. All I ask them is that they give us a call or text message (the customer) if they are still waiting to receive it, as they said they will. They usually text you nonstop when you have a refill why not when you get a new prescription? So we, the customer, save a trip and time. When I explained this to him, he said he did not have my sympathy. I do not need his sympathy; all I need is service. This situation started when his assistant would not let me finish my sentences and kept cutting me off. I recommend avoiding this location if you value your time and dignity.

Very nice store. Great location in Wilton Manors. Filled a prescription with nice employees. Clean and well organized store. A lot of sales and rewards. Parking is tight, more parking in the rear.

Agree 100% with the other 1 star reviews, although I used to really like this CVS, there was one woman working that was always super friendly, but to get hung up on three times after sitting on hold while trying to find out the issue is with an urgent prescription when they didn't even call to say it's on hold. Time to find a new pharmacy.

This place is absolutely deplorable. By far the worst lack of care I have ever experienced. Forget customer service, that does not exist there. I went in person because they never answer the phone and the pharmacist refused to have my prescription transferred from a Walgreens there (insurance restrictions) refused, even though that is the protocol.

We ran into this CVS on Thanksgiving day for allergy medicine. We were glad it was open with a great selection! But I felt bad for too for the people working there.

This CVS is the absolute worst I have EVER been to. They NEVER answer the phone and when you do call, you're on hold for about 18 minutes before they just drop the call. The pharmacist talks poorly about customers right there in front of them, the staff are apathetic on their best day, and every single time I'm in there it's complete chaos. It's sad because I expected so much more. Do not use them. Driving to a CVS further away will save you a lot of stress and time.

Geraldine is the best! She went above & beyond to help solve an Extra Care card issue I was having. She is a professional & efficient cashier!

Do not purchase products here that can be found at Sephora or Ulta (or almost anywhere else in the US). Returns are exceptionally complicated. Cannot return at $40 shampoo at this location. Have to go to original store. Another experience was with receipts. Threw mine away. Wanted to give me 50% refund. Why? I've never purchased anything here at 50% off. They scan my barcode with every sale. They do have records of your purchases. They claim they don't but when pressed they'll search their system abs find it. It takes about 30 minutes. They cannot pull up your purchases with your credit card or CVS card. Still need receipts to return things. All seems antiquated. Heading to Ulta. Feel more comfortable spending $200 on hair products there where they make things simple.

When I compare CVS to Walgreen's, I really think CVS is going downhill. To start with, they never seem to have the products I'm looking for in stock. They have a shelf tag for them, so I know they carry them, but they always seem to be out. Why can't they order before they run out? That just sounds logical to me. Also, they have a lot of products where if you buy two you get a discount but one is the full price. Since I'm single and live alone, I rarely need two, but they insist on trying to make me pay for two. So instead, I don't buy any, which means they just lost a sale. They would have made money selling one for half of the discounted price, but if I don't buy any, they make nothing on me. That's really bad marketing on their part. They force me to not buy something. And they discriminate against single people. The more I come to CVS the more I like Walgreen's better. Every time I come to this store I find the people behind the counter to be rather surly, if they even talk at all. They certainly don't look very happy. I only stopped in here because we were at the Starbucks down the street. Next time, I'll wait and go somewhere better.

Alicia , Patty, and the entire team at CVS 1150 Northeast 26 Street Wilton Manors are the very best ! Alycia is on top of things and is an excellent Pharmacy Manager. We live in Pompano Beach but choose this location because of the outstanding treatment we always receive from the entire staff. Alycia Libero is a top Notch Pharmacy Manager . They always look fir any discounts that may apply and we actually drive out of our way to deal with this Pharmacy. Thank you, James & William

Terrible customer service! Phones ring off the hook. I was in yesterday and dropped off prescription in drive-thru only to return today to find out they lost it. Adam the Pharmacist was clueless and unable to resolve the issue and accused me of taking the prescription home. Unapologetic and basically wanted me to take my business elsewhere. Which i will and hope you do the same!!! @CVS #CVS #POORCustomerService

Indeed. Time and again, these Trump loving folks show how little they care about humanity and how much they culture is about money, racism, ageism and profits. These people are so human unfriendly. If you are over 40, the sales people push you away and then give you no help. This is not about care. It's about drug addicts and lazy corporate sycophants. Stay away unless you are on your last legs. This one in Wilton Manors is the worst. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away!! . .

The staff is always so friendly and sweet. Especially in the Pharmacy! The twins that they have working there now are so awesome and on top of their game! It so nice to see that brothers can work together like they do! So happy to see this CVS go above and beyond!

Stopping into CVS is usually only for convenience. Their prices are way overpriced compared to the same items you can get at Target. This location attracts a variety of interesting individuals and is always extremely short-staffed. It's likely you'll wait in line while someone argues with the cashier. The staff, when you can find someone for help, are always welcoming.
