I knew from the minute I walked in to the showroom and was warmly greeted by Nicole, that my experience with Floor and Bath Solutions would be a good one! I had already meet with five other bath remodel companies and was very disappointed by the "sales pitch" and prices. Roberto made all my decisions easy and his follow up and follow through are superb! Everyone involved were professional, on-time, and competent - they are a great team. I will be referring all my friends and family! Thank you Nicole and Roberto! :-)

Roberto from Floor and Bath Solution was incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect tile and flooring for our bathrooms. He went above and beyond in assisting us, and we're truly grateful for his dedication. The quality of the tile for both the showers and floor has exceeded our expectations. Large selection of tiles. The owners take a lot of time with the clients explaining the options and making suggestions. Prices are very reasonable and they have people to install if necessary. Overall an excellent place to go if you need tiles, vanities and other needs to remodel your home

Roberto was great with the flooring and shower remodel. I can’t say as much for the kitchen, laundry and bathroom vanity remodel. All three had in-correct measurement of cabinets causing delays in the project for reorders of cabinets extending it for months and/or her wanting to retrofit the cabinets to fit. We allow them to cut into the wall in the bathroom vanity but did now want them cutting our cabinets to size or drill holes for shelving in order to fit.Then when my husband went to Carol to discuss our experience he was instead told we were rude to their daughter Nicole as per the workers who most did not even speak English. Needless to say I was flabbergasted when my husband told me. We are still waiting on shelves for our laundry which I will be surprised if we even receive them. We feel more oversight on the project with the cabinets would have eliminated errors such as cabinet height being too high causing us to reorder kick plates. Cabinets installed to ceiling with uneven ceiling then installer ruined our newly knockdown ceiling scrapping it off to open cabinet doors. Plumber installed waterline caused a leak in the ceiling. Electrical for hood vent installed incorrect location causing backsplash to be removed and reinstalled. I believe if Nicole would have been more present during the project lots of mishaps could have been avoided needless to say we kept having to ask her to come to the house when she lives three houses away. Her father Roberto was here constantly during the flooring and shower install and came to see the final on floor and shower but Nicole never came to see the final project with the laundry room or kitchen instead just a text message to my husband sending to see if the install was completed. Evidently they choose not to accept responsibility for their failures from the beginning to end with a Nicole’s lack of oversight on this project. We started our remodel the end of August and now we are going into March.

Family owned and operated. They take great pride in their work. When they are done with the job you feel as if you should invite them to thanksgiving dinner. We have a dementia parent in the house and they worked with us to never inconvenient her and her routine. Beautiful work highly recommended this company for all your home needs

Floor and Bath Solutions designed, provided tile and installed in 2 of my bathrooms .They also provided and installed floor tile for my entire house. Quality of materials is excellent. Technicians arrived on schedule and work was completed on schedule and they demonstrated excellence in their trade. Owners and staff provided support throughout the jobs. I have highly recommended the business to many of my clients.

Carol and Roberto were very nice to work with. Master bath looks great!Landy and Alex ( the guys who did the work) were always here on time, VERY CLEAN and conscientious of our home. They kept the dust and noise to a minimum! They are going to start the guest bath next.The guest bath has been finished and it turned out great!
