“Thank you Luis for accommodating our request to rent a car last minute! Decided to to rent a car the day of our departure to Ft. Lauderdale and spoke to Luis while I was on the plane through call and text and was quick to respond. He provided my Mother and I with a Toyota Corolla, very clean and smooth on the road. “Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.”
