I've been a loyal customer at this gas station for many years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. While filling up my tank, the pump malfunctioned, causing gas to overflow and spill under my car. Concerned, I approached an employee for assistance, only to be met with hostility and blame. Despite explaining the situation, the employee's disrespectful demeanor persisted, insisting that I was at fault. As someone with decades of experience handling gas pumps, I knew this was a clear case of equipment failure. I left feeling frustrated and unsafe, with unresolved issues regarding the pump's functionality and the employee's unprofessional behavior. I am eager to address these concerns with the management or owner, as no customer should be subjected to such treatment. It's crucial for the safety and satisfaction of all patrons that these issues are addressed promptly.

11/30/23. 12:05am. I went to buy a bug gulp and spilled alittle on the counter, it was hard because it was being blocked by boxes every where. I also got a sandwich and had to balance on one of the boxes to slide in and grab it. I went to pay for my items and one of the associates started complaining and yelling at me. I told her to stop talking to me like I am a little kid. Both associates refuse to let me pay foe my items. I took video and took a picture of both woman. As I recorded to prove she refused service, the woman with the red hair threatened me and said she would beat my as.... I have it on video, I said are you threatened to hurt me, she said no it's a promise.

Went to pick up an order. The rudest person I've ever come in contact with. She should be fired. They way she spoke to everyone was appalling.

Was just there and the female was so unprofessional and rude. She was talking on phone and she refused to serve me because she wasn't done on her phone.

10 April 2023, 7:17 PM: A lone 7-11 attendant was hanging out in the doorway with nothing to do when I drove up. All of a sudden they’re too busy to wait on me. I walked out. …Could be the meatball mentality spreading from Jim Stork’s Bakery nextdoor.

You know the first job I had when I came to Florida was at 7-Eleven and I love that job but then of course I had to go to sales even though I had a bad experience with babe and then look where it led me to then I wish I never would have quit 7-Eleven I'd probably be a manager at this point now I'm just stuck here outside the 7-Eleven outside near where I used to live dying because I'm reporting fraud cover up in Broward county love you girls even have a bum a pair of shorts while working there

Tonite is the second time in two months I was told I can’t park in the 7-11 parking lot while deliveries are being made. Won’t come back after living here twenty years. First, I don’t know when their deliveries are scheduled and, more importantly and secondly, I can’t imagine what they’re having delivered that no one can see within 300 feet of the door. Shady.

Unfortunately this 7/11 decided to laugh and mock my partner when they were trying to pay for a coffee and get money for the bus. They mocked that the nft reader wasnt working and "thinking you have money on the cards. This wouldn't be an issue if its not an issue on our end..... you trans people are all the same. Expecting things your way and when it doesnt work your way you get upset." While AGAIN just trying to pay for a coffee and get bus money. I hope this isnt new policy for how to speak with others while they shop

Small 7-Eleven located on 26th, very close to Wilton Manor's Five Points intersection.I stopped here to get a lottery ticket and the line at checkout was rather long. They had the usual items...like snacks, donuts, beer, ice, quick eats, etc. There were two people at the registers, making the checkout process a bit quicker.

This location seems to have a problem with people and disabilities I have been cursed out on 3 different occasions for bring my service animal into the store I was told my dog isn't a service animal because doesn't have a red vest...My choice for dog to wear or not wearWas told I don't look like I have disability what's wrong with me..Ah none of your business Big NO NOAsk for documents to prove it.. This ones a big one Attention all people their is NO Real documentation for service animals nor is proof required The documents or registry you go on to try and legitimize is fake This location has basically turned into a nightmare I know its hard to get good sales people this franchisee owner must be going through HELL but dang being yelled at called a liar its all too muchI have been going to this store well over 10 years its in a nice location before Wilton Manors became so popular but this store has had its issues for surePlease educate your employees on good manners customer service is a real thing and explain the rules of a service animal I know a lot of people say their dog is and in fact is not and I hate that its made harder for those of us who really have them But bottom line is Staff need training before you wind up getting sued
