Updated review as of 10 - 24 . Strike 3 I'm out . I originally visited this clinic during their grand opening , at that time I don't know who it was I talked to but I never saw them again , nevertheless at that time I made clear to them that my dog has Addisons disease and requires an injection monthly , I was ASSURED by this person that they have several animals that they treat for this and that they always have the medicine available . I thought this was great news , I no longer have to drive to Ocala to get the injection , right ? WRONG ! Not only did they not have the medicine each month , but I also had to come back when they did get it in . On top of this inconvenience the price fluctuated both times going up 25 dollars ?. I realize that you have a new facility to pay for , but I'm not paying for it every time you want to jack up the cost of everything !! There's an old saying where I come from ,
" Don't piss down my back and try to tell me it's raining " ! I will make the trip to Ocala from now on , you folks aren't worth it !
Not impressed yet , growing pains , still not completely up and running yet ? I wish I would have read reviews first , somewhat apprehensive but they have August 5 to turn my frown upside-down . Pricey first visit , waited an hour before seeing a doctor . I'm hoping I made the right decision as they will be seeing Cocoa once a month ? News at 11 as they say , stay tuned for upgrade or down fall .

My Australian Shepherd Bentley just loves the girls up there I have to say they're very nice to us and the cost was not bad at all you can see they care about the animals they treat and they will be my dog's doctor Orr veterinarian p until God takes you

My husband and I have been taking our pets here for years, and have always been satisfied with the care given to our “fur babies”. The new location is absolutely stunning, and I was very impressed with Dr. Abbott. She took the time and had the patience to work with our dog who was in pain and scared without making it traumatic for her. She also called me personally to follow up on her care a week later. I would recommend this clinic, and Dr. Abbott, highly.

On Monday I went in for a consultation for my dog who had a growth on the side of his face that was just barely hanging there. I cannot tell you how pleased I was Dr Abbott was wonderful she listened to my concerns she gave me options and she took care of my dog I didn't have to make a second trip an hour and a half each way for him to get the care he needed. I am so very thankful for the kindness of all of the staff, and Dr Abbott especially. Merlin and I are forever grateful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my bulldog in for a potential bite. She had a swollen lip on one side of her face and some labored breathing. I was treating her with benedryl and the swelling had gone down a lot. All I wanted was an oral anti-inflammatory to go with it to help. She has happy and healthy and running around playing with the kids and chasing fireworks on July 4th. July 5th I took her to the vet and they killed her. They gave her a steroid injection. I knew it wasn’t right. And I’ll forever be upset with myself for trusting them when my gut wanted to say no. My baby would still be here. Within 10 min of the injection, she was gone. Her throat closed up and she couldn’t breathe. Tongue was purple. They did nothing. They didn’t apologize they only tried to justify their actions. They didn’t compensate me. They didn’t even call to check on me the following week like most vets do when a pet dies. They literally killed her and then got annoyed at me because they wanted to leave and go home since it was a Friday evening. I’m completely utterly devastated. I’m starting to think no one in the UF area has any reputable vets that don’t have teenagers working there straight out of vet school. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BULLDOG HERE!!! Please. ?????? I will love and miss you forever, my sweet Tink Tink.
