Good selection, friendly staff. Dollar Tree section is not like the store and does not have the groceries or hygiene but Family side does

Store is well organized and up to date. My first two experiences with the staff were great. I had a good conversation and laughed. But recently there’s one lady with short black hair that wears glasses, looks a little like Camilla Parker Bowles. Never once looked to me or greeted me with a “Hello, How are you today.” or “Thank You.” As she was on her cell phone right in front of me. Yet, the next customer came up, she looked up said hello and conversed with him. The audacity of her.

Unprofessionalism at its finest. I called 7 times and was hung up on each time. Instead of saying please hold they pick the phone up and put it right back down. My reasoning of even calling is how my sister and mother was treated about 15 mins ago for doing a cash back transaction. The cashier told my sister “it’s way too early for all of that.” No. That is not how you handle that situation or any situation this early in the morning.. She could of simply said that they aren’t doing any cash back transactions at this time and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Instead they were met with attitudes and poor customer.
