My recent visit to Dollar General left me thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with the state of the store. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that cleanliness and organization were not priorities here.
The aisles were cluttered with products haphazardly thrown onto shelves, many of which were half-empty or disheveled. It felt more like a chaotic clearance sale than a retail store where one expects to find neatly arranged merchandise.
The floors were littered with debris, and dust seemed to coat every surface. It was clear that cleaning and maintenance were severely neglected. The overall atmosphere was dingy and unwelcoming, which made browsing for items a frustrating experience.
Navigating through the store was a challenge due to the lack of clear signage and the jumbled layout. It felt like a maze trying to find basic necessities amidst the disorder.
Furthermore, the checkout area was equally chaotic, with long lines and disorganized displays of impulse items that seemed to have been randomly placed.
In conclusion, my visit to Dollar General was a regrettable one. The blatant disregard for cleanliness and organization detracted significantly from what could have been a convenient shopping trip. Unless there are substantial improvements in these areas, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking a pleasant shopping experience.
THE STORE WAS ALSO NOT IN STOCK!!!
I sincerely hope Dollar General management addresses these issues promptly for the sake of their customers' satisfaction.

Wish I could give zero,Tony is so disrespectful and bad for this business,he is very rude,the way he spoke to me as a customers and the way i heard him speaking to the employees left a bad taste in mouth.i can't believe he is employed as a manager he needs to be demoted or giving some type of training not a good look dollar general....

Employee cut between my mom and I to be run up
I got rung up first and then the employee rudely cut infront of my mom
We were together in the line just separated transactions
Was rather rude since we were one family in one car just different forms of payment !
There was a long line as well!!!
The older lady was not friendly at all!!!

Very unorganized and dirty and unkempt, uboats litter the store and make it hard to navigate or get anything, and it seems like they just put random products wherever they deem fit, it's hard to find what you're looking for as the products hardly line up with their tags, if they even have tags at all. The employees don't feel friendly or welcoming, like they couldn't be bothered. I don't know what happened or if there was a change in management but this store is going down hill fast. It's a shame because it's the closest one to my house but I have to drive 12 miles out of my way to a different location. Save yourself the headache

I live right around the corner and although there are a select few that work there that have come and gone, or I hope they are gone soon but there are a few member's that really do not get the notoriety that she deserves. To be honest with you, I do not know her name, and she has been there forever and a day! She is the most sweetest, genuine person they have there and I'm don't feel like she is appreciated enough. She is always there, always kind, always moving. If they don't have her stuck at the front tending the register she is stocking, and facing products, ALWAYS! And what I appreciate about her is she does her job and does it with a nice attitude. There are managers that work there that gripe and complain about everything under the sun including their jobs, while on the clock. There is one in particular that complains EVERYTIME I walk in the door, he is whining about something, or someone and nobody wants to hear negativity every time I walk in a store. I will say I absolutely LOVE the new store manager, Leah I believe her name is not the red head but the brown curly hair with glasses, she is exceptional, and does her job very well. She knows her customers by name, and makes sure we get what we need. But the black lady, I was speaking about is very very very good at her job and I feel like without her there all this time, u would have lost a lot of customers of it not for her believe me when I tell your she is an asset to your team of employees and she needs to be noticed by someone other than myself.
