Morning shift is always very helpful and always working with the aisles and organizing, the night shift however, the two older ladies they have running night shift, Rene and Beth, they are the most unpleasant people in the whole dollar general business from Williston to Bronson. RENE is very very unprofessional and acts as if everything is an inconvenience to her, she is always slow and if she’s at the register, you best bet your going to be waiting there for more then 20 minutes. Tried putting cash on my cashapp card and she couldn’t figure it out, why are the employees not trained? And when telling her that it was a $1 charge , so I would like to deposit $51 instead of $50, she only took the $50 and got mad at me when I corrected her and told me “if I was more clear and didn’t have an attitude maybe she would understand”, again, why are the employees not trained? And to act like it’s my fault she don’t know how to do her job is comical. She stormed off and went and pouted in the office mid purchase. She’s very misleading and doesn't quite understand much. Beth is no better, always snobby and always acts as if customers are an inconvenience. PUT SOME YOUNGER PEOPLE ON NIGHT SHIFT THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK. As if the store isn’t cluttered enough and there’s roll carts all in the isles, hard to get around in there most times, They’re both always standing around or laughing in the office when you come in, and again, you’ll be in there for more then 20-25 minutes for 2 items. Do better.

The older short Spanish lady talks on the phone and he whole time !!!! With her Bluetooth and then wonders why customers don’t know if she’s talking to us or the phone. She is rude smells like cigarettes and ALWAYS ON THE PHONE please get rid of her or me and my family will not be returning

Aisles are very cluttered and hard to find what your looking for. Staff is always missing and you have to yell for someone to help you. Frozen products left in carts and then finally placed in coolers. I have had many issues and no longer buy products from coolers any longer. But prices keep me coming back and location

I have been going to this location for years. I live right down the road so it's convenient. However, I will NEVER shop at this location again. Because my hair spray bottle fell out of a bag during my self checkout (as im walking out the door) The lady working tonight stopped me and insisted I take everything out of my bags and allow her to go over the receipt to make sure all items were paid for. After almost 20 minutes OF being treated like a thief, her missing items (saying they weren't rang in and wanting me to pay for them AGAIN. At which time, I asked for the receipt and showed her where they were paid for (she just missed them). She found nothing In my bag that wasn't paid and accounted for on the receipt. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. Not to mention absolutely annoyed at the disrespect and disregard of my inconvenience. I didn't even receive an apology ?. No thanks. I spent over 90$ just tonight and I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on. Smh..... absolutely ridiculous
