I called to have service call for a Verizon extender that Al’s had installed for previous owner of our home. They came out and I paid for service call and said it was not working and they would get back to me with price to repair. This was appx 2 months again. I have called 2 times and no one does what they say they will-calling me back to give estimate. Poor customer service. Why would I pay a service call fee to be told something doesn’t work? I already knew that.

After being told twice by another company that they would call me back about an Over the Air antenna and wasting two days with no phone call I called Al's. Spoke to Carol explained that our antenna was not working and what I needed. She said she would have Chuck the installer call me back. He did so within a few minutes of getting off the phone with her. That was Wed. afternoon and he was here yesterday to do installation. Great people and will highly recommend to others. Thank you for the great service.

If you need a special order they can do it, even gave a showroom to show you how the products and devices are used! Highly recommended!
